【摘要】：我國加入世界貿(mào)易組織后，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度大幅加快，隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和科技水平的不斷提高，物流業(yè)也越來越受到國家和社會(huì)的重視，為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。當(dāng)今社會(huì)，物流業(yè)的發(fā)展水平被認(rèn)為是衡量一個(gè)國家綜合國力的重要指標(biāo)。國內(nèi)外物流領(lǐng)域的專家、學(xué)者在對(duì)物流業(yè)進(jìn)行了深入的分析研究，并經(jīng)過了實(shí)際的驗(yàn)證后，證明了配送是一種高效的物流形式，能夠有效地提高物流效率，節(jié)約物流成本。要想開展配送業(yè)務(wù)首先要建立配送中心，，在進(jìn)行物流配送的過程中配送中心占有十分重要的地位，是一項(xiàng)主要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。因此，配送中心的建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為我國今后相當(dāng)一段時(shí)期物流設(shè)施規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)。由此可見，配送中心選址問題的研究是一項(xiàng)十分迫切而重要的任務(wù)。本文正是基于此背景下，探討了運(yùn)用何種方法來進(jìn)行配送中心選址。 文章首先介紹了本文選題的背景、目的和意義，詳細(xì)介紹了目前國內(nèi)外對(duì)于配送中心選址問題的研究成果和研究現(xiàn)狀。接下來對(duì)配送中心的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了較為全面的分析和闡述。首先，介紹了物流、配送以及配送中心的概念和定義，繼而分析了配送中心的各個(gè)發(fā)展階段，并從不同角度詳細(xì)分析了配送中心的種類、作用和功能。在對(duì)配送中心進(jìn)行了全面介紹的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步對(duì)配送中心選址的基本理論進(jìn)行了說明。具體內(nèi)容包括，配送中心選址的基本原則、影響選址的主要因素、選址依據(jù)的程序，以及目前普遍采用的配送中心選址方法。在對(duì)配送中心及其選址相關(guān)理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了綜合性配送中心的選址方法，并對(duì)其在配送中心選址中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明。最后，結(jié)合實(shí)際案例，在數(shù)據(jù)分析中闡明了運(yùn)用綜合性配送中心選址方法選址的具體步驟和計(jì)算方法，從而驗(yàn)證該選址模型的有效性，提出配送中心選址對(duì)策的建議。 本文對(duì)配送中心選址問題研究的最終結(jié)論對(duì)我國企業(yè)合理、高效的進(jìn)行配送中心選址具有一定的借鑒和參考作用。使企業(yè)在當(dāng)前實(shí)際情況下，通過合理規(guī)劃配送中心選址來提高配送效率，降低配送成本和運(yùn)營成本，提高物流配送服務(wù)水平，促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，提升企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO), the speed of social and economic development has been greatly accelerated. With the continuous improvement of the national economic strength and the level of science and technology, the logistics industry has been paid more and more attention to by the country and the society. It has made a great contribution to the sustainable economic development of our country. Nowadays, the development level of logistics industry is regarded as an important index to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. The experts and scholars in the field of logistics at home and abroad have carried on the thorough analysis and research to the logistics industry, and after the actual verification, has proved that the distribution is a kind of efficient logistics form, can effectively raise the logistics efficiency, saves the logistics cost. In order to develop the distribution business, the distribution center must be set up first, and the distribution center occupies a very important position in the process of logistics distribution. It is a major infrastructure. Therefore, the construction of distribution center has become the focus of logistics facilities planning for a considerable period of time in China. Thus, the study of distribution center location is a very urgent and important task. Based on this background, this paper discusses the method of location of distribution center. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of this topic, and introduces the research results and status quo of the distribution center location problem at home and abroad. Next, the related theory of distribution center is analyzed and expounded comprehensively. Firstly, the concept and definition of logistics, distribution and distribution center are introduced, then the development stages of distribution center are analyzed, and the types, functions and functions of distribution center are analyzed in detail from different angles. Based on the comprehensive introduction of distribution center, the basic theory of distribution center location is further explained. The specific contents include the basic principles of distribution center location, the main factors affecting location selection, the procedure of location selection basis, and the widely used distribution center location method. Based on the theoretical analysis of the distribution center and its location, this paper expounds the location method of the comprehensive distribution center, and explains its application in the distribution center location in detail. Finally, combining with the actual cases, the paper clarifies the concrete steps and calculation methods of using the comprehensive distribution center location method in the data analysis, thus validates the validity of the location model, and puts forward some suggestions for the location selection of the distribution center. In this paper, the final conclusion of the study of distribution center location has a certain reference and reference function for Chinese enterprises to choose distribution center location reasonably and efficiently. Under the current situation, enterprises can improve the efficiency of distribution, reduce the cost of distribution and operation, improve the service level of logistics distribution, and promote the efficient operation of modern logistics system by reasonably planning the location of distribution center. Enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
