【摘要】：正佛山市順德區(qū)社會(huì)創(chuàng)新中心和佛山市順德區(qū)業(yè)主代表協(xié)會(huì)為了總結(jié)小區(qū)治理經(jīng)驗(yàn),經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查走訪,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些做得比較好的小區(qū),對(duì)他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了初步總結(jié),希望通過(guò)調(diào)查的6個(gè)小區(qū)不同的管理方式給小區(qū)建設(shè)提供借鑒。案例一:大良金域?yàn)承^(qū)——一個(gè)城市社區(qū)的良治之路順德大良金域?yàn)承^(qū)坐落于大良街道西北舊城區(qū),占地面積4萬(wàn)多平方米,建筑面積11萬(wàn)多平方米,共有23棟892戶(hù),另有商鋪54個(gè)。自2010年以來(lái),小區(qū)先后經(jīng)過(guò)了會(huì)所所有權(quán)爭(zhēng)端、惡性治安事件、更換物業(yè)等一系
[Abstract]:In order to sum up the management experience of the district, the Shunde District Social Innovation Center of ZhengFoshan City and the owner's Representative Association of Shunde District of Foshan City, through investigation and visits, have found some communities that have done relatively well, and have made a preliminary summary of their experiences. The author hopes to provide reference for the construction of the six residential areas through the investigation of different management methods. Case 1: Daliang Jinwei Bay District, the Liangzhi Road of a city community, is located in the old district northwest of Daliang Street, Shunde, covering an area of more than 40, 000 square meters and a building area of more than 110000 square meters, with a total of 23 buildings and 892 households. There are also 54 shops. Since 2010, the district has passed through the clubhouse ownership dispute, vicious security incidents, property replacement and so on.
