【摘要】：本文以2001-2010年A股上市公司為樣本,探討管理層權力對盈余穩(wěn)健性的影響,并分析外部制度環(huán)境對管理層權力與盈余穩(wěn)健性間關系的作用。研究發(fā)現:在延長估計期間之后,好消息對盈余的解釋力增加,好消息與壞消息間的差距縮小;管理層權力過大會誘發(fā)企業(yè)隱瞞"壞"消息,降低盈余穩(wěn)健性;良好的制度環(huán)境會提升盈余穩(wěn)健性,限制管理層權力過大所造成的負面影響。
[Abstract]:Taking A share listed companies from 2001-2010 as a sample, this paper discusses the influence of management power on earnings robustness, and analyzes the effect of external institutional environment on the relationship between management power and earnings robustness. The results show that: after extending the estimation period, the explanatory power of the good news to the earnings increases, the gap between the good news and the bad news shrinks, the management authority too much induces enterprises to conceal "bad" news and reduces the earnings robustness; A good institutional environment will enhance earnings robustness and limit the negative impact of excessive management power.
