【摘要】：本文分別運(yùn)用三個(gè)擴(kuò)展的面板引力模型對(duì)締結(jié)區(qū)域服務(wù)貿(mào)易安排,及其內(nèi)含的具備"GATS-"特征的"市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入"和"國(guó)民待遇"承諾可能對(duì)一個(gè)"典型"發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)體的服務(wù)出口所產(chǎn)生的影響展開(kāi)經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果顯示:對(duì)外締結(jié)區(qū)域服務(wù)貿(mào)易安排能對(duì)發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)體雙邊服務(wù)出口產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響;其中內(nèi)含的具有"GATS-"特征的"市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入"和"國(guó)民待遇"承諾均不會(huì)對(duì)發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)體的雙邊服務(wù)出口產(chǎn)生顯著的阻礙作用。本文對(duì)該研究結(jié)論做出了合理解釋,并從中挖掘出一系列有益的政策內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:In this paper, three extended panel gravity models are used to conclude regional service trade arrangements. And its implied "GATS-" characteristics of "market access" and "national treatment" commitments may have an empirical study on the impact of a "typical" developing economy on services exports. The results show that the conclusion of regional trade arrangements in services can have a significant positive impact on bilateral services exports of developing economies; Neither the "GATS-" nor the "national treatment" commitments contained therein would significantly hamper the bilateral services exports of developing economies. This paper makes a reasonable explanation to the research conclusion, and excavates a series of beneficial policy connotation from it.
