【摘要】：城市化是工業(yè)化發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果，是人類發(fā)展史上的一個重要標(biāo)志，也是人類現(xiàn)代化的重要途徑。對于中國這樣的發(fā)展中國家來說城市化具有更加重要的意義。溫州作為中國城市的一部分具有典型的代表性，研究溫州新型城市化不僅有利于溫州新型城市化的健康發(fā)展，，還有利于我國各個城市的健康發(fā)展。本文重要通過文獻(xiàn)理論研究；比較借鑒研究；定性分析與定量分析研究；訪談研究等研究方法搜集與溫州城市化相關(guān)的各種資料，此外本文還大量搜集了歐洲、美國以及日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家城市化的相關(guān)資料并對歐洲、美國、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家的城市化歷程進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。通過對這些資料的深入分析以及與國際上發(fā)達(dá)國家城市化的對比找出溫州新型城市化過程中存在的一些問題，包括：溫州新型城市化中的認(rèn)識問題，溫州新型城市化中的公共服務(wù)問題，溫州新型城市化中的農(nóng)民問題；溫州新型城市化中生態(tài)環(huán)境和資源保護(hù)問題等，并根據(jù)這些問題針對性的提出了相關(guān)對策和建議，包括：提高認(rèn)識，消除認(rèn)識誤區(qū)；加強(qiáng)政府職能、完善公共服務(wù)體系；完善法律法規(guī)、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展，解決好農(nóng)民土地問題；健全社會保障制度、加快實現(xiàn)利益平等解決好農(nóng)民社會保障問題；努力建設(shè)“資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型”新溫州等。 本文主要研究內(nèi)容分為四大部分。第一部分為緒論，緒論中主要介紹了研究背景及研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究方法和理論基礎(chǔ)以及對新型城市化的概述。第二部分為國內(nèi)外新型城市化發(fā)展模式及溫州城市化發(fā)展歷程。在這一部分中主要介紹了歐洲、美國、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家的城市化歷程以及溫州的城市化發(fā)展歷程。第三部分為溫州新型城市化存在的問題及原因，對溫州新型城市化過程中表現(xiàn)出來的問題及原因進(jìn)行了分析。第四部分為溫州新型城市化建設(shè)的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an inevitable result of industrialization, an important symbol in the history of human development and an important way of human modernization. For developing countries like China, urbanization is of greater significance. Wenzhou, as a part of Chinese cities, has typical representativeness. The study of Wenzhou's new-type urbanization is not only beneficial to the healthy development of Wenzhou's new-type urbanization, but also beneficial to the healthy development of every city in our country. This article mainly through the literature theory research, the comparative study, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis research, the interview research and so on research method gathers various kinds of data related to Wenzhou urbanization, in addition, this article also has collected the Europe, The paper also summarizes the urbanization course of developed countries such as Europe, America, Japan and so on. Through the in-depth analysis of these data and the comparison with the international urbanization of developed countries, we find out some problems existing in the process of Wenzhou's new urbanization, including: the understanding of Wenzhou's new urbanization. The problems of public service in Wenzhou's new urbanization, farmers' problems in Wenzhou's new urbanization, ecological environment and resource protection in Wenzhou's new urbanization, etc., and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to these problems. These include: raising awareness and eliminating misunderstandings; strengthening government functions and perfecting the public service system; perfecting laws and regulations, coordinating urban and rural development, and solving peasant land problems; improving the social security system, Accelerate the realization of equal interests to solve the problem of social security of farmers, and strive to build a "resource-saving, environment-friendly" new Wenzhou. The main content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and theoretical basis, as well as an overview of the new urbanization. The second part is the new urbanization development model at home and abroad and Wenzhou urbanization development process. In this part, the author mainly introduces the process of urbanization in developed countries such as Europe, America, Japan and Wenzhou. The third part is the problems and causes of Wenzhou's new urbanization, and analyzes the problems and causes in the process of Wenzhou's new urbanization. The fourth part is the countermeasure and suggestion of Wenzhou new urbanization construction.
