社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)物流企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效影響研究

【摘要】:物流市場(chǎng)需求多變、技術(shù)革新頻繁、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇等因素導(dǎo)致物流企業(yè)處于充滿不確定性的商業(yè)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境中,一個(gè)墨守成規(guī)的物流企業(yè)無(wú)法維持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),只有不斷創(chuàng)新才能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需求。創(chuàng)新是物流企業(yè)維持持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵,是一種提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量且難以被模仿的能力。物流企業(yè)需要借助社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的企業(yè)、政府、機(jī)構(gòu)等各方組織獲取資源,從而進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新。在動(dòng)態(tài)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,物流企業(yè)面臨著發(fā)展機(jī)遇以及很多新的挑戰(zhàn),要成為激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下的成功者,必須擁有敏捷的反應(yīng)、快速的柔性創(chuàng)新和對(duì)資源的最優(yōu)化利用。為了探尋物流企業(yè)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、動(dòng)態(tài)能力、創(chuàng)新績(jī)效三者之間的影響機(jī)制,本文在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上將物流企業(yè)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)維度劃分為:網(wǎng)絡(luò)范圍、網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系密度,將物流企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)能力維度劃分為:動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境感知能力、柔性戰(zhàn)略決策能力、資源配置能力,通過(guò)SPSS 22.0和Amos 22.0等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)三個(gè)變量之間構(gòu)建SEM分析模型,針對(duì)浙江省物流企業(yè)的中高層管理人員進(jìn)行訪談和調(diào)研,以獲取一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,得出結(jié)論:社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)物流企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效有顯著正向影響。
[Abstract]:Because of the changeable demand of logistics market, frequent technological innovation and intensified industrial competition, logistics enterprises are in an uncertain business system environment, and a conformist logistics enterprise can not maintain its competitive advantage. Only continuous innovation can meet the needs of the market. Innovation is the key for logistics enterprises to maintain sustainable competitive advantage, and it is a kind of ability to improve service quality and be difficult to imitate. Logistics enterprises need to use social network enterprises, governments, institutions and other organizations to obtain resources, so as to innovate. In the dynamic network environment, logistics enterprises are faced with development opportunities and many new challenges. In order to be successful in the fierce competition environment, they must have agile response, rapid flexible innovation and optimal utilization of resources. In order to explore the influence mechanism of logistics enterprise social network, dynamic ability and innovation performance, this paper divides the social network dimension of logistics enterprise into three dimensions: network scope, network center degree, network relationship density. The dimension of dynamic capability of logistics enterprise is divided into dynamic environment perception ability, flexible strategic decision ability, resource allocation ability, SEM analysis model between three variables is constructed by statistical analysis software such as SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0. In order to obtain the primary data and process the data, it is concluded that the social network has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of logistics enterprises through dynamic capability.
