西北地區(qū)進城農(nóng)民工就業(yè)職位上行流動機制研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)民工就業(yè)職位的上行流動是農(nóng)民工市民化深度發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。基于西北地區(qū)的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),通過構(gòu)建農(nóng)民工職位上行流動和職位上行流動度兩個logistic基礎(chǔ)模型,探索影響西北地區(qū)農(nóng)民工就業(yè)職位上行流動的重要因素及影響機制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):人力資本和社會資本的不同要素對西北地區(qū)農(nóng)民工就業(yè)職位的上行流動影響機制不同,并且在西北各省內(nèi)就業(yè)、西北地區(qū)間跨省就業(yè)及西北外地區(qū)就業(yè)的選擇與獲得路徑上存在明顯差異。西北地區(qū)各省要圍繞農(nóng)民工就業(yè)職位上行流動特征及機制,加強農(nóng)民工就業(yè)的區(qū)域合作,制定促進農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量提高的有效政策。
[Abstract]:The uplink flow of migrant workers' employment position is an important content of the development of peasant workers'citizenship. Based on the questionnaire survey data in Northwest China, this paper explores the important factors and influencing mechanism of the upward mobility of migrant workers' employment positions in Northwest China by constructing two logistic basic models of the upward mobility of migrant workers' positions and the degree of the upward mobility of posts. It is found that the different factors of human capital and social capital have different influence mechanisms on the upward mobility of migrant workers' employment positions in Northwest China, and they are employed in northwest provinces. There are obvious differences in the choice of employment and the path of obtaining employment between different provinces in Northwest China and outside of Northwest China. The provinces of Northwest China should focus on the upward mobility characteristics and mechanism of the employment of migrant workers, strengthen the regional cooperation in the employment of migrant workers, and formulate effective policies to improve the employment quality of migrant workers.
