以JD公司為主導的虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟研究

【摘要】:物流作為電子商務的“最后一公里”,是發(fā)展電子商務的基石。物流配送水平很大程度上影響電子商務行業(yè)的發(fā)展。JD公司作為電子商務企業(yè)的典型代表采用了以自建物流模式、自建物流與物流外包(第三方物流)模式相結合為主,其他靈活物流模式為輔的縱向一體化物流模式。但是該模式存在一些問題,嚴重制約了JD公司的發(fā)展。因此,JD公司必須面對物流配送模式改進的現(xiàn)實。 以JD公司為主導的虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟模式是JD公司改進物流配送模式的方向。以JD公司為主導建立虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟對JD公司來說是切實可行的。在虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟中,JD公司能夠發(fā)揮其主導作用,也具備成為聯(lián)盟主導企業(yè)的核心能力。建立虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟可以解決JD公司物流配送服務難支撐銷售增加的問題,也可以提高物流配送效率,還可以提高JD公司核心競爭力。 本文將在諸多學者關于電子商務和物流模式研究的基礎上,借助供應鏈管理、供應鏈協(xié)同理論、資源整合理論以及物流戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的相關理論,分析JD公司現(xiàn)有物流配送模式存在的問題及其成因,探討以JD公司為主導組建虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟的可行性,,并具體組建虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟,從構建過程、組織結構、建立各種機制以及注意事項等方面研究如何構建虛擬物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟。
[Abstract]:Logistics as the "last kilometer" of e-commerce is the cornerstone of the development of e-commerce. The level of logistics distribution has a great impact on the development of e-commerce industry. As a typical representative of e-commerce enterprises, JD company adopts the self-built logistics model, which combines self-built logistics with logistics outsourcing (third party logistics) model, and others. The flexible logistics mode is supplemented by the vertical integrated logistics mode. But there are some problems in this mode, which seriously restrict the development of JD company. Therefore, JD company must face the reality of improving the logistics distribution mode.
The virtual logistics enterprise alliance mode dominated by JD company is the direction of JD company to improve the logistics distribution mode. It is feasible for JD company to establish virtual logistics enterprise alliance dominated by JD company. Establishing virtual logistics enterprise alliance can solve the problem that JD company's logistics distribution service is difficult to support sales increase, can also improve the efficiency of logistics distribution, can also improve the core competitiveness of JD company.
On the basis of many scholars'research on e-commerce and logistics mode, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of JD company's existing logistics distribution mode by means of supply chain management, supply chain collaboration theory, resource integration theory and logistics strategic alliance theory, and discusses the establishment of virtual logistics enterprise alliance led by JD company. The feasibility of the alliance, and the specific formation of virtual logistics enterprise alliance, from the construction process, organizational structure, the establishment of various mechanisms and matters needing attention to build virtual logistics enterprise alliance.
