【摘要】：近年來,隨著國家支持糧食物流發(fā)展相關(guān)政策的相繼出臺,我國糧食物流快速發(fā)展,糧食物流設施建設取得了較大進展,國內(nèi)糧食運輸已由傳統(tǒng)的包糧運輸、人工裝卸向散裝散運、自動化裝卸的現(xiàn)代流通方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。全國糧食倉儲能力明顯增強,現(xiàn)代化糧食倉儲體系已基本形成,尤其是在東北等地區(qū)初步形成了現(xiàn)代糧食物流框架,“四散化”物流技術(shù)得以迅速推廣。在此背景下,湖南糧食集團如何抓住機遇,突破發(fā)展瓶頸已成為企業(yè)所面臨的急待解決的問題。論文以湖南糧食集團為具體的研究對象,對其糧食物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行研究,提出高效散糧物流體系規(guī)劃方案,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先研究了國內(nèi)外糧食物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢,了解了國外主要發(fā)達國家糧食物流的發(fā)展歷程及國內(nèi)糧食物流發(fā)展所存在的問題,明確了“四散化”是糧食物流發(fā)展的必然趨勢,為湖南糧食集團高效散糧物流體系研究提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。然后,運用SWOT等分析工具對該企業(yè)所具備的內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,外部的機會和威脅進行了分析,構(gòu)建了湖南糧食集團散糧物流發(fā)展的SWOT矩陣,確定了該企業(yè)糧食物流的發(fā)展框架。通過分析得出湖南糧食集團糧食物流發(fā)展機會和挑戰(zhàn)并存,國內(nèi)對糧食物流政策扶持力度不斷加強,表明糧食物流在今后還將迅速發(fā)展。但物流信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和應用,國內(nèi)糧食物流企業(yè)的競爭都對湖南糧食集團物流發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。通過SWOT分析得出了湖南糧食集團高效散糧物流體系發(fā)展存在的主要問題包括：糧食物流專業(yè)技術(shù)的落后、人員素質(zhì)有待提高、物流基礎設施建設的不平衡、物流環(huán)節(jié)中成本居高不下等。本文認為湖南糧食集團應重點從提升物流管理水平、改善物流經(jīng)驗模式、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代散糧物流倉儲網(wǎng)絡體系、加強散糧物流基礎設施建設、完善散糧運輸渠道,進一步打通北糧南運通道和推進糧食物流信息技術(shù)應用等幾個方面完善湖南糧食集團散糧物流體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the introduction of the relevant policies to support the development of grain logistics, the rapid development of grain logistics in China, the construction of food logistics facilities has made great progress. Manual loading and unloading to bulk, automatic loading and unloading of the modern circulation of the transformation. The national grain storage capacity is obviously enhanced, and the modern grain storage system has been basically formed, especially in Northeast China, where the framework of modern grain logistics has been initially formed, and the "Sanxian" logistics technology has been rapidly popularized. Under this background, how to seize the opportunity and break through the bottleneck of development has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper takes Hunan grain group as the concrete research object, carries on the research to its grain logistics development present situation, proposes the high efficiency bulk grain logistics system plan, has the important practical significance. This paper first studies the current situation and trend of grain logistics development at home and abroad, understands the development process of grain logistics in the main developed countries and the problems existing in the development of domestic grain logistics. It is the inevitable trend of grain logistics development to make clear that "four dispersing", which provides the realistic basis for the study of Hunan grain group's high efficiency bulk grain logistics system. Then, using SWOT and other analysis tools to analyze the internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the enterprise, and build the SWOT matrix of grain logistics development in Hunan grain group. The development frame of grain logistics of this enterprise is determined. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the development opportunities and challenges of grain logistics of Hunan grain group coexist, and the domestic policy support for grain logistics is constantly strengthened, which indicates that grain logistics will develop rapidly in the future. However, with the rapid development and application of logistics information technology, the competition of domestic grain logistics enterprises has put forward higher requirements for Hunan grain group logistics development. Through the analysis of SWOT, the main problems in the development of Hunan grain group's high efficiency bulk grain logistics system are obtained, including the backward technology of grain logistics, the need to improve the quality of personnel, and the imbalance of logistics infrastructure construction. Logistics links in the high cost. This paper holds that Hunan grain group should focus on improving logistics management level, improving logistics experience model, constructing modern bulk grain logistics storage network system, strengthening bulk grain logistics infrastructure construction and perfecting bulk grain transportation channels. Further improve the grain logistics system of Hunan grain group in several aspects, such as opening up the north grain transportation channel and promoting the application of grain logistics information technology.
