【摘要】：我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展明顯落后于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,由于城市人口沒(méi)有合理分布,不但對(duì)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展有著嚴(yán)重的阻礙作用,限制社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而且也制約了農(nóng)民收入的增加。優(yōu)化城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu),加大農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)規(guī)模,推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)城,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快發(fā)展,協(xié)調(diào)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展,有著非常重要的影響。 本文研究的意義是在城鎮(zhèn)化轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程中,以集鎮(zhèn)為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行建設(shè),大力宣揚(yáng)農(nóng)民到城市發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新出一個(gè)新型的適合本地農(nóng)民居住的城市,這對(duì)于降低城市的壓力起到了非常好的作用。本文的研究意義是促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展,提高我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度。本課題通過(guò)規(guī)范分析法、歷史分析方法,通過(guò)理論與實(shí)際理相結(jié)合、根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,站在歷史中看整個(gè)過(guò)程,從農(nóng)村的角度去分析問(wèn)題,經(jīng)過(guò)詳細(xì)的調(diào)查研究,對(duì)農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)種可能出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的了解,并制定出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策來(lái)對(duì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行解決。 本文共有三部分,第一部分是緒論,是對(duì)本文研究背景,研究目的和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述,研究思路、研究方法、研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化理論的論述,第二章農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題與原因分析。主要分析了目前中國(guó)農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,還有導(dǎo)致這些問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)的原因。第三章,農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的對(duì)策,是針對(duì)第二章出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出了農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的原則和對(duì)策,第四章是總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization in China lags behind that of developed countries obviously. Due to the lack of rational distribution of urban population, it not only hinders the development of urbanization in China, restricts the development of social economy, but also restricts the increase of farmers' income. Optimizing the structure of urban and rural economic development, increasing the scale of rural urban construction, and promoting the urbanization into cities have a very important impact on the sound and rapid development of China's economy and the coordination of urban and rural development. The significance of this study is to build cities and towns on the basis of market towns in the process of urbanization, to promote the development of farmers to cities, and to create a new type of city suitable for local farmers to live in. This has played a very good role in reducing the pressure on the city. The research significance of this paper is to promote the rapid development of urbanization and improve the speed of economic development in China. This subject through normative analysis, historical analysis methods, through the combination of theory and practical theory, according to the actual situation, stand in the history of the whole process, from the perspective of the countryside to analyze the problem, after detailed investigation and research, This paper makes a deep understanding of the possible problems in the construction of rural urbanization, and formulates corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems. There are three parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, which discusses the background, the purpose and significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research summary, the research ideas, the research methods, the research innovation points and the rural urbanization theory. The second chapter analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of the development of rural cities and towns. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation, problems and causes of rural urbanization in China. The third chapter, the countermeasures of the development of rural urbanization, puts forward the principles and countermeasures for the development of rural urbanization in view of the problems in chapter two. The fourth chapter is a summary.
