【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)90年代,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化加速發(fā)展,中國(guó)改革開放進(jìn)程不斷推進(jìn),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的國(guó)際化程度不斷提高。與此同時(shí),服務(wù)貿(mào)易得到了飛速發(fā)展,服務(wù)貿(mào)易逐步成為各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心力量,服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r也成了衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要指標(biāo)之一。金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易是服務(wù)貿(mào)易極其重要的組成部分,它在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中發(fā)揮的作用也越來越重大。盡管中國(guó)歷年金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易雖逐漸壯大,但是卻長(zhǎng)期存在著貿(mào)易逆差的現(xiàn)象,有必要研究影響中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易流量的因素。 本文在詳細(xì)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的研究文獻(xiàn)之后,借鑒前人經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過引力模型對(duì)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易流量的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。文章第二部分大致介紹了中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指出中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)失衡,中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易起步晚,缺乏創(chuàng)新能力以及中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易缺乏專業(yè)人才等問題。文章第三部分為中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易流量的影響因素的實(shí)證分析。第四部分是結(jié)合第四部分的實(shí)證分析結(jié)果以及貿(mào)易潛力分析結(jié)果,針對(duì)性的提出促進(jìn)中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的政策建議。 根據(jù)引力模型回歸結(jié)果,貿(mào)易伙伴國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)自由度是中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易出口流量的主要促進(jìn)因素,中國(guó)貨物出口貿(mào)易和貿(mào)易伙伴國(guó)的GDP對(duì)中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易出口流量具有重要的促進(jìn)作用,金融危機(jī)和距離對(duì)中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易具有阻礙作用。根據(jù)模型中的促進(jìn)因素,針對(duì)性提出加快金融服務(wù)“走出去”戰(zhàn)略和加強(qiáng)政府支持力度的政策建議。結(jié)合金融危機(jī)這一阻礙因素,提出完善金融監(jiān)管體系,控制金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以減小金融危機(jī)給中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易帶來的沖擊。結(jié)合貿(mào)易潛力分析結(jié)果提出開發(fā)中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易潛力的政策建議。最后結(jié)合中國(guó)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易存在的問題,提出提高對(duì)金融服務(wù)貿(mào)易的重視力度,完善金融服務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)體系以及注重金融服務(wù)行業(yè)的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the economic globalization has accelerated, the process of China's reform and opening up and the internationalization of China's economy have been continuously improved. At the same time, the service trade has developed rapidly. Service trade has gradually become the core force of the economic competition of all countries, and the development of service trade is also a measure of the international competition of a country. Financial services trade is one of the most important components of the service trade. It plays a more and more important role in the economic growth. Although the financial services trade in China has grown steadily over the years, it has a long-term trade deficit, and it is necessary to study the factors that affect the trade flow of China's financial services.
After a detailed analysis of the literature on financial services trade at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the financial service trade flow through the gravitational model. The second part of the article roughly introduces the development status of China's financial services trade, and points out the internal structure imbalance of China's financial services trade and the Chinese finance. Service trade started late, lack of innovation ability and lack of professional talents in China's financial services trade. The third part of the article is the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the flow of financial service trade in China. The fourth part is the result of the empirical analysis combined with the fourth parts and the results of trade potential analysis. Policy recommendations for the development of trade in services.
According to the regression results of the gravitational model, the economic freedom of the trade partner countries is the main factor to promote the export flow of China's financial services trade. The GDP of China's goods export trade and trade partner countries have an important role in promoting the export flow of China's financial services trade, and the financial crisis and distance have hindrance to China's financial services trade. According to the promoting factors in the model, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of speeding up the "going out" strategy of financial services and strengthening the support of the government. Combining the obstacles of the financial crisis, we propose to improve the financial supervision system and control the financial risk in order to reduce the impact of the financial crisis to China's financial services trade. The results of the potential analysis put forward the policy suggestions for developing the potential of China's financial services trade. Finally, combined with the problems existing in China's financial services trade, we put forward some suggestions to improve the importance of the financial services trade, improve the financial service statistics system and pay attention to the training of professional talents in the financial services industry.
