【摘要】：本計劃書是為TT檢測實驗室項目而制訂的商業(yè)計劃書。TT公司長期從事第三方檢測咨詢服務，有著豐富的檢測行業(yè)經驗和資源。通過對市場的調查研究，擬投資建設檢測實驗室。本計劃書期望論證投資建設第三方實驗室的可行性，以獲得風險投資家的股權風險投資。并以此為基礎建立完整的營銷、運營及技術服務體系，使項目得以在第三方檢測市場上迅速占領市場，為股東提供可靠、滿意的投資回報。 計劃書介紹了選題的背景和意義及目前的研究狀況；對項目的背景和TT公司擁有的資源進行介紹；對行業(yè)環(huán)境和競爭環(huán)境進行分析；對項目服務能力和實驗室管理進行規(guī)劃設計；根據項目規(guī)劃設計經營策略，做市場定位并制定營銷組合策略；進行財務可行性進行預測和分析；進行風險與對策的分析并提出了應對策略。 本項目初始投資2000萬元人民幣，，其中需要吸收風險投資1500萬元。通過財務分析，計算得到本項目：動態(tài)投資回收期為4.25年，5年投資凈現值為65.2萬元，內部收益率為8.94%，修正內部收益率為8.62%，通過本計劃書的分析，結論認為：TT檢測實驗室項目具有前期投入大、后期回報穩(wěn)定、投資收益較高、風險相對可控等特點，該方案是可行的，且是一個低風險高收益的投資選擇。
[Abstract]:This plan is a business plan for the TT testing laboratory project..TT company has long been engaged in third party testing and consulting services. It has a rich experience and resources in the testing industry. Through the investigation and Research on the market, it intends to invest in the construction of testing laboratory. This plan is expected to demonstrate the feasibility of investing in the construction of third party laboratories. Venture capitalists' equity risk investment, which is based on the establishment of a complete marketing, operation and technical service system to enable the project to quickly occupy the market in the third party testing market and provide a reliable and satisfactory return on investment for the shareholders.
The plan introduces the background and significance of the topic and the current research situation; introduces the background of the project and the resources owned by the TT company; analyzes the industry environment and the competitive environment; the planning and design of the project service capacity and the laboratory management; according to the project planning and management strategy, market positioning and setting up the battalion Marketing mix strategy; forecast and analysis of financial feasibility; carry out risk and countermeasure analysis, and put forward countermeasures.
The initial investment of the project is 20 million yuan RMB, which needs to absorb 15 million yuan of venture investment. Through financial analysis, the project is calculated: the dynamic investment recovery period is 4.25 years, the net present value of the investment is 652 thousand yuan, the internal return rate is 8.94%, the internal return rate is 8.62%. The conclusion of this plan is that the TT test is true. The project has the characteristics of high initial investment, stable return, higher investment income and relatively controllable risk. This project is feasible and is a low risk and high yield investment choice.
