【摘要】：綜述了估計(jì)等價(jià)規(guī)模和計(jì)算等價(jià)收入的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、方法體系和量化指標(biāo),并基于我國國情及相關(guān)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況建立了一套有效的模型測算工具,以此為基礎(chǔ)對我國居民收入的等價(jià)規(guī)模進(jìn)行了測算。結(jié)果表明,我國的等價(jià)規(guī)模指標(biāo)與國際已有研究結(jié)果存在較大差異,特別是表現(xiàn)在"我國撫養(yǎng)子女的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益并不顯著"以及"老齡人口必須納入我國家庭規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)測算框架"兩個(gè)方面。本文提供的研究框架、建模方法和測算結(jié)果有助于為我國精確刻畫以家庭福利為基準(zhǔn)的收入分配狀態(tài),基于家庭消費(fèi)支出結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算方式能夠幫助管理者有效地設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施家庭收入扶植計(jì)劃,另外,研究結(jié)果對于收入差距的測算以及貧困線的劃定等問題有著理論界定和實(shí)際測算的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the economic theory, method system and quantitative index of estimating equivalent scale and calculating equivalent income, and establishes a set of effective model measuring tools based on the actual situation of our country and related survey data. Based on this, the equivalent scale of Chinese residents' income is calculated. The results show that there is a great difference between China's equivalent scale index and the international research results. Especially in two aspects: "the scale economic benefit of raising children in our country is not remarkable" and "the aged population must be included in the measurement framework of family scale economy in our country". The research framework, modeling methods and calculation results provided in this paper are helpful to accurately depict the income distribution based on family welfare in China. The calculation method based on household consumption expenditure structure can help managers to design and implement household income support programs effectively. The results of the study have theoretical and practical significance for the measurement of income gap and the delineation of poverty line.
