【摘要】：石油資源的不可再生特性和重要戰(zhàn)略儲備物資作用,時時刻刻影響著一個國家的國防、社會和政治穩(wěn)定,是一個國家的經(jīng)濟命脈,也是當今社會發(fā)展的堅強基石。隨著國際市場的沖擊和政策在市場調(diào)控下逐漸減弱的趨勢,國內(nèi)的石油行業(yè)既有行業(yè)發(fā)展的機遇,更有競爭帶來的危機。就目前中石油負責油品配送的物流企業(yè)而言,油品配送作為石油行業(yè)供應鏈末端,受制于加油站點、運輸隊、油品倉庫和各級辦公機關(guān)等。由于各級公司和各個區(qū)域銷售點都嚴格按照相應的制度約束,各自為政、獨立經(jīng)營,出現(xiàn)了大量運力浪費,車輛迂回,空載率高,油品的物流配送成本居高不下等問題。需要進一步完善物流鏈,減少物流運作的成本,提高企業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿�。本文以�?yōu)化川慶鉆探重慶運輸總公司配送方案為核心,進一步分析該公司現(xiàn)有配送模式及過程,采用配送優(yōu)化的相關(guān)理論和經(jīng)驗,提出了改進策略的方向和方案,實現(xiàn)優(yōu)化油品銷售企業(yè)的聯(lián)合配送,以期打破行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有油品配送費用居高不下的瓶頸。首先針對一、二級兩級配送銜接不暢的矛盾突出點,通過分析油品配送系統(tǒng)和配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化情況,進一步提出了優(yōu)化油品兩級聯(lián)合配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方案；結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型和數(shù)學模型,用電子數(shù)據(jù)表等方法演算出一級配送各物流節(jié)點間的單位運價；用WinQSB等軟件計算最優(yōu)線路和聯(lián)合配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的最小單位運價；進而完善了油品配送中的油品倉庫選擇及配送優(yōu)化問題,實現(xiàn)了兩級聯(lián)合配送優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:The non-renewable characteristics of petroleum resources and the important role of strategic reserve materials affect the national defense, social and political stability of a country all the time, as well as the economic lifeline of a country, and also the strong foundation stone of social development today. With the impact of the international market and the weakening trend of the policy under the market regulation, the domestic oil industry has not only the opportunity for the development of the industry, but also the crisis brought by competition. As for the logistics enterprises in charge of oil distribution in PetroChina, oil distribution, as the end of supply chain of petroleum industry, is restricted by refueling stations, transportation teams, oil product warehouses and offices at all levels. As companies at all levels and regional sales points are strictly in accordance with the corresponding system constraints, independent management, there are a large number of transport capacity waste, vehicles circuitous, high no-load rate, oil distribution costs remain high, and so on. The logistics chain needs to be further improved to reduce the cost of logistics operation and improve the development potential of enterprises. This paper focuses on optimizing the distribution scheme of Chuan Qing drilling Chongqing Transportation Corporation, further analyzing the existing distribution mode and process of the company, adopting the relevant theory and experience of distribution optimization, and putting forward the direction and scheme of improving strategy. To optimize the joint distribution of oil sales enterprises in order to break the bottleneck of the existing oil distribution costs in the industry. First of all, aiming at the contradiction that the first, second and second levels of distribution are not well connected, by analyzing the situation of oil distribution system and distribution network optimization, this paper further proposes a scheme to optimize the two-level joint distribution network of oil products; combining the network model with the mathematical model, The unit freight rates among the first class distribution nodes are calculated by using the spreadsheet and other methods, and the minimum unit freight rates in the optimal lines and joint distribution networks are calculated by WinQSB and other software. Furthermore, the selection and optimization of oil warehouse in oil distribution are improved, and the two-level joint distribution optimization is realized.
