【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng),人們的消費(fèi)觀念不斷發(fā)生變化，旅游逐漸成為大眾一種新的生活方式。其中以綠色環(huán)�；貧w自然為特色的生態(tài)旅游，顯然已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界最受歡迎的旅游方式。然而，新時(shí)期，面臨資源日趨匱乏，環(huán)境污染日益嚴(yán)重，生態(tài)系統(tǒng)逐步退化所引起的迫切局勢(shì)。2012年11月，中共十八大將生態(tài)文明納入“五位一體”社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)總布局中，使其提升到戰(zhàn)略突出地位，促進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與美麗中國(guó)建設(shè)的有機(jī)結(jié)合，這毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)對(duì)生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展提出了更高、更嚴(yán)、更遠(yuǎn)的要求。觀之陜西，“十二五”時(shí)期是陜西建設(shè)旅游強(qiáng)省的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，也是陜西建成生態(tài)旅游的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期。在新一輪西部大開(kāi)發(fā)的強(qiáng)力推動(dòng)下，陜西生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展面臨著良好的機(jī)遇。如何適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)的要求，轉(zhuǎn)變產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，優(yōu)化生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展，是新時(shí)期擺在陜西生態(tài)旅游面前的一個(gè)重要課題。因此，以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)，分析陜西生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，探討陜西生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與對(duì)策，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)“山水人文，大美陜西”的生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展目標(biāo)具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。 本文以馬克思主義生態(tài)觀和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為主要的理論基礎(chǔ)，注重理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，從相關(guān)概念和理論入手，對(duì)陜西生態(tài)旅游進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，以期推動(dòng)并深入研究生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展和構(gòu)建生態(tài)文明和諧社會(huì)提供有價(jià)值的理論分析和實(shí)踐策略。論文主要從五個(gè)部分來(lái)闡述陜西生態(tài)旅游在新時(shí)期下如何實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展： 第一部分，從生態(tài)旅游的相關(guān)理論入手，總結(jié)生態(tài)旅游的相關(guān)概念、歸納生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)。其次，闡述馬克思主義生態(tài)觀的主要內(nèi)容，借鑒馬克思主義生態(tài)觀對(duì)生態(tài)旅游的當(dāng)代意義。隨后挖掘科學(xué)發(fā)展觀對(duì)新時(shí)期生態(tài)旅游的指導(dǎo)意義。 第二部分，深入研究陜西地區(qū)生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)出新時(shí)期陜西生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、發(fā)展機(jī)遇。從而探析當(dāng)前陜西生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展所面臨的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上，以環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、文化多角度剖析問(wèn)題原因，以此引出陜西科學(xué)發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游的迫切性與重要意義，為提出對(duì)策分析找尋著手點(diǎn)。 第三部分，充分響應(yīng)國(guó)家生態(tài)發(fā)展建設(shè)，提出并闡明陜西生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，從三大戰(zhàn)略思路來(lái)構(gòu)建新時(shí)期陜西生態(tài)旅游的科學(xué)發(fā)展之路。 第四部分，從環(huán)境保護(hù)、科學(xué)規(guī)劃、技術(shù)管理、服務(wù)保障四大對(duì)策體系入手，，建構(gòu)陜西特色的科學(xué)生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展道路。提出陜西生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展應(yīng)注意的相關(guān)問(wèn)題，為新時(shí)期陜西做大做強(qiáng)生態(tài)旅游提供了重要的警示和補(bǔ)充。 最后，對(duì)陜西生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了全局性的總結(jié)并展望了發(fā)展特色陜西生態(tài)旅游的未來(lái)動(dòng)向。 本文從陜西生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，對(duì)新時(shí)期陜西生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展提出對(duì)策分析。希望通過(guò)本文的研究對(duì)今后研究陜西生態(tài)旅游的工作者有所幫助和啟示，同時(shí)希望能夠?qū)ν苿?dòng)我國(guó)生態(tài)旅游科學(xué)發(fā)展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:With the continuous and rapid growth of China's economy and the constant change of people's consumption concept, tourism has gradually become a new way of life for the masses. Among them, the ecological tourism characterized by green environmental protection and natural characteristics has obviously become the most popular tourism mode in the world. However, the new period is facing the shortage of resources and the day of environmental pollution. In November.2012, the urgent situation caused by the deterioration of the ecological system, the eighteen general ecological civilization of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of China was incorporated into the general layout of the "five in one" social modernization construction, so that it was promoted to the strategic position, and the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China were integrated. This has no doubt about the scientific development of ecotourism. Shaanxi, the "12th Five-Year" period is the key period for Shaanxi to build a strong tourism province, and it is also a critical period for Shaanxi to build ecotourism. Under the strong impetus of a new round of western development, the development of Shaanxi ecological tourism is facing a good opportunity. To change the industrial structure and optimize the development of ecotourism is an important subject in Shaanxi's ecotourism in the new period. Therefore, with the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, the present situation of Shaanxi ecotourism development is analyzed, the strategy and Countermeasures for the development of Shaanxi ecotourism are discussed, and the scientific development target of "landscape humanism, great beauty Shaanxi" is achieved. There is profound significance.
This paper, based on Marx's concept of ecology and Scientific Outlook on Development as the main theoretical basis, pays attention to theory and practice, and starts with relevant concepts and theories to make a systematic analysis of Shaanxi ecological tourism, in order to promote and further study the scientific development of ecotourism and to provide valuable theoretical analysis and practical strategies for the construction of ecological civilization and harmonious society. Briefly, this paper mainly elaborates on how to achieve scientific development of Shaanxi eco tourism in the new era from five parts.
The first part, starting with the related theories of ecotourism, summarizes the related concepts of ecotourism and summarizes the characteristics of the scientific development of ecotourism. Secondly, it expounds the main contents of the ecological view of Marx doctrine, and draws on the contemporary significance of Marx's ecological view on ecotourism, and then excavate the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development for the ecotourism in the new period. Significance.
In the second part, the present situation of Shaanxi ecotourism development is deeply studied, and the advantages and opportunities of Shaanxi ecotourism development in the new period are summarized, and the problems facing the current development of Shaanxi ecotourism are analyzed. On this basis, the reasons of the problems are analyzed with the multi angles of environment, economy, technology and culture, so as to lead to the ecological tourism development of Shaanxi. The urgency and significance of tourism is to find out the starting point for putting forward countermeasures.
The third part, fully responding to the national ecological development and construction, put forward and clarified the guiding ideology and strategic objectives of the scientific development of Shaanxi ecotourism, and constructed the scientific development road of Shaanxi ecotourism in the new period from the three strategic ideas.
The fourth part, starting with the four countermeasures system of environmental protection, scientific planning, technology management and service guarantee, constructs the road of scientific ecotourism development with the characteristics of Shaanxi. It puts forward related problems which should be paid attention to in the scientific development of Shaanxi ecotourism, which provides important warning and supplement for Shaanxi to do great and strong ecotourism in the new period.
Finally, the overall development of eco tourism in Shaanxi is summarized, and the future trend of developing eco-tourism in Shaanxi is prospected.
Based on the present situation of Shaanxi ecological tourism development, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of Shaanxi ecotourism in the new period. It is hoped that this study will help and inspire the researchers in the future study of Shaanxi ecotourism. At the same time, we hope to be helpful to promote the development of Eco tourism in China.
