山西城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化,是全面小康和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中解決“三農(nóng)”問題的重要途徑,是推動(dòng)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的有力支撐。物流一體化是實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重要手段,但在我國物流發(fā)展過程中,城市物流伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展得到迅猛發(fā)展,而農(nóng)村物流的發(fā)展卻一直是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。為了縮短城鄉(xiāng)物流之間的差距,山西省采取了一系列措施來加快城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化的發(fā)展,但城鄉(xiāng)物流“二元”形態(tài)依然存在。 論文在對(duì)已有的理論和研究成果進(jìn)行梳理和歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化的概念、內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了辨析;基于城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化的理念,結(jié)合山西城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化的建設(shè)狀況,分析論證了城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化建設(shè)的主體框架和城鄉(xiāng)物流發(fā)展宏觀環(huán)境、物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)一體化建設(shè)水平、城鄉(xiāng)物流信息化水平、城鄉(xiāng)物流組織規(guī)模、城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平五大城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化核心要素,構(gòu)建了城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)體系。在充分調(diào)研和數(shù)據(jù)收集的基礎(chǔ)上,,基于城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化發(fā)展水平評(píng)價(jià)體系在縱向上對(duì)山西城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化建設(shè)程度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);在橫向上采用因子分析法將山西和中部其它五省的城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。 研究表明: (1)從縱向來看,2007-2012年山西城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化發(fā)展水平在不斷的提高,并取得了一定的成效;從橫向來看,山西在中部六省物流一體化發(fā)展中處于中下游的位置,其城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化建設(shè)與其它省份的發(fā)展存在一定的差距。 (2)城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化指標(biāo)體系具有科學(xué)性與可操作性,其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果也符合目前山西城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化建設(shè)的實(shí)情。 (3)山西應(yīng)從培育農(nóng)村流通主體,擴(kuò)大龍頭企業(yè)規(guī)模、明確城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化發(fā)展規(guī)劃、加大對(duì)農(nóng)村物流發(fā)展的支持力度、促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)信息互通等幾個(gè)方面來推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化的發(fā)展。 本研究對(duì)豐富城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化發(fā)展,拓寬城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化的研究視野具有理論價(jià)值,同時(shí)也對(duì)全國各個(gè)地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)物流一體化的建設(shè)和發(fā)展具有很重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The integration of urban and rural development is an important way to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in the process of overall well-off and modernization construction, and it is also a powerful support to promote regional coordinated development. Logistics integration is an important means to realize the integration of urban and rural areas, but in the process of logistics development in China, the development of urban logistics has been accompanied by rapid economic development, but the development of rural logistics has been a weak link. In order to shorten the gap between urban and rural logistics, Shanxi Province has adopted a series of measures to accelerate the development of urban and rural logistics integration, but the "dual" form of urban and rural logistics still exists. On the basis of combing and summarizing the existing theories and research results, the paper distinguishes the concept, connotation and characteristics of urban-rural logistics integration, based on the concept of urban-rural logistics integration, Combined with the construction of the integration of urban and rural logistics in Shanxi Province, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the main frame of the construction of the integration of urban and rural logistics, the macro environment of the development of urban and rural logistics, the level of integration of logistics network, the level of information of urban and rural logistics, The scale of urban and rural logistics organization and the level of urban-rural economic development are five core elements of urban-rural logistics integration, and the evaluation system of urban-rural logistics integration development level is constructed. On the basis of full investigation and data collection, based on the evaluation system of the development level of urban and rural logistics integration, this paper evaluates the degree of integration of urban and rural logistics in Shanxi Province. The development level of urban and rural logistics integration in Shanxi and other five central provinces was evaluated by factor analysis. Research shows that: 1) from a vertical point of view, the development level of logistics integration between urban and rural areas in Shanxi Province from 2007 to 2012 has been continuously improved, and has achieved certain results; horizontally, Shanxi is located in the middle and lower reaches of the development of logistics integration in the six central provinces. There is a certain gap between urban and rural logistics integration construction and the development of other provinces. 2) the index system of urban and rural logistics integration is scientific and operable, and its evaluation results accord with the reality of the integration construction of urban and rural logistics in Shanxi. 3) Shanxi should cultivate the main body of rural circulation, expand the scale of leading enterprises, clarify the development plan of urban and rural logistics integration, and increase the support for the development of rural logistics. Promote urban and rural information exchange and other aspects to promote the integration of urban and rural logistics development. This study is of theoretical value to enrich the development of urban-rural logistics integration and broaden the research field of urban-rural logistics integration. At the same time, it is of great practical significance to the construction and development of urban-rural logistics integration in various regions of the country.
