【摘要】：正中國持續(xù)30多年的城市化過程中,大量人口由鄉(xiāng)村聚集到城市,到2010年,全國約一半人口生活在城市。毫無疑問,這一世界上規(guī)�？涨暗某鞘谢M(jìn)程對中國人口的分布、資源的消耗和環(huán)境的效應(yīng)已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生了或者將要產(chǎn)生持久的重大影響。需要關(guān)注的是在這一城市化進(jìn)程中,短期內(nèi)快速發(fā)育形成的若干超大城市,還沒有經(jīng)歷過超大規(guī)模社會經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)與其生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的彼此長期相互適應(yīng)的考驗(yàn)。城市的規(guī)模不可能不受資源環(huán)境約束而無限制擴(kuò)
[Abstract]:In the course of urbanization in China for more than 30 years, a large number of people are gathered from rural areas to cities. By 2010, about half of the population in China will live in cities. There is no doubt that this unprecedented process of urbanization in the world has had or will have a lasting and significant impact on the distribution of Chinese population, the consumption of resources and the effects of the environment. What needs to be paid attention to is that in the process of urbanization, a number of mega-cities developed rapidly in a short period of time have not experienced the test of long-term mutual adaptation between the super-large social economic system and its ecological environment system. The scale of a city cannot be expanded without restriction of resources and environment
