【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告強(qiáng)調(diào)了在壯大農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)和小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的過程中,要堅(jiān)持城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、生態(tài)宜居、和諧發(fā)展的原則,加快推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)。在結(jié)構(gòu)性轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)和縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同發(fā)展,會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生重大影響。在統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的過程中,要更多的關(guān)注廣大縣域范圍的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),縣域農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是相互作用、相輔相成的,縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷壯大為農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的順利推進(jìn)奠定了基礎(chǔ),然而,農(nóng)村的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)可以為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮提供持久動(dòng)力。只有不斷完善城鄉(xiāng)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)之間的一體化發(fā)展,才能從根本上實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮,以此來壯大縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)。作為我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,河南省行政區(qū)劃內(nèi)的大部分地域均為農(nóng)村,其城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)較為緩慢,城鎮(zhèn)化率長(zhǎng)期低于國(guó)家的普遍水平,這嚴(yán)重制約著全省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展步伐�，F(xiàn)階段,河南省在加速城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè),不斷壯大農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),切實(shí)解決三農(nóng)問題,為推動(dòng)河南省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。本文在收集整理相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)河南縣域范圍的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究;然后從理論上詳細(xì)解釋了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,包括量的增長(zhǎng)和結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,對(duì)全省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的影響,接著又通過建立縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)之間的關(guān)系模型,應(yīng)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的協(xié)整分析、誤差修正模型以及格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)等相關(guān)方法,量化了河南省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的影響,最后根據(jù)定性定量分析結(jié)果,提出了壯大河南縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)、推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party emphasizes that in the process of strengthening rural economy and building small towns, we should adhere to the principles of urban and rural planning, ecological liveability and harmonious development, and speed up the construction of new urbanization. In the period of structural transformation, the coordinated development of urbanization and county economy will have a great impact on the economic development and social stability of our country. In the process of planning the urban and rural economy, we should pay more attention to the rural economy of the vast county area, the county rural economy and the urbanization construction are interactive and complement each other. The continuous expansion of county economy has laid a foundation for the smooth advancement of rural urbanization. However, the construction of urbanization in rural areas can provide a lasting impetus for the prosperity of rural economy. Only by constantly perfecting the urban-rural system and realizing the integrative development between urban and rural areas can the prosperity of rural economy be realized fundamentally and the county economy be strengthened. As a big agricultural province in China, most of the administrative divisions in Henan Province are rural areas, the urbanization construction is slow, the urbanization rate is lower than the general level of the country for a long time, which seriously restricts the pace of economic development of the province. At present, Henan Province should pay more attention to the construction of small towns, strengthen the rural economy and solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers in order to promote the economic development and social stability in Henan Province. On the basis of collecting and collating relevant data, this paper studies the present situation of economic development and the problems existing in the process of urbanization in Henan, and then explains the development of county economy in theory. Including the volume growth and structural adjustment, the impact on the urbanization construction of the province, and then through the establishment of the relationship model between county economy and urbanization construction, the co-integration analysis in econometrics is applied. Based on the error correction model and Granger causality test, this paper quantifies the influence of county economy development on urbanization construction in Henan Province. Finally, according to the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis, it proposes to strengthen the county economy in Henan Province. The relevant countermeasure and suggestion of promoting urbanization construction.
