物業(yè)服務企業(yè)立體化人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:本文在學習借鑒國內外研究成果的基礎上,以企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對人才培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略的影響為切入點,運用案例分析法對優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略歷程進行研究,歸納出三個審視企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)效果的視角,即企業(yè)人才引進、人才培育和人才退出。根據(jù)這三種人才培養(yǎng)表現(xiàn)形態(tài)的一般特征及其在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的變化規(guī)律,借助霍爾三維結構的理論支持,確定能夠反映企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)整體能力的三個維度,即人才吸引能力、人才拓展能力和人才持有能力,并以此構建出物業(yè)服務企業(yè)立體化人才培養(yǎng)模型,指出企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略的一般發(fā)展路徑,通過處于不同發(fā)展階段的典型物業(yè)服務企業(yè)案例對模型進行擬合和證實,最終分別在三個維度上對物業(yè)服務企業(yè)如何提升人才培養(yǎng)能力提出建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research results, this paper takes the influence of the enterprise development strategy on the talent training strategy as the breakthrough point, uses the case analysis method to carry on the research to the talented person training strategy course of the outstanding enterprise. Three angles of view to examine the effect of enterprise talent training are summarized, that is, enterprise talent introduction, talent cultivation and talent withdrawal. According to the general characteristics of these three kinds of talent training performance forms and their changing law in the development of enterprises, with the help of the theory of Hall three-dimensional structure, the three dimensions which can reflect the overall ability of enterprise talent training are determined, that is, talent attraction ability. The ability to develop talents and the ability to hold talents, and thus to construct a three-dimensional talent training model for real estate service enterprises, and point out the general development path of talent training strategy of enterprises. The model is fitted and verified by typical real estate service enterprises at different development stages. Finally, suggestions on how to improve the talent training ability of property service enterprises are put forward in three dimensions.
