【摘要】:隨著時代的不斷進步,傳統(tǒng)意義上采購已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)于目前企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的采購活動已經(jīng)不僅僅只是原材料的采購,同時還包括產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)管理以及質(zhì)量管理多方面的采購活動。所以,當(dāng)前我們只有改變傳統(tǒng)的采購觀念,轉(zhuǎn)變自身思想,才能夠更好的促進企業(yè)采購活動進行,更好的促進企業(yè)發(fā)展。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)的快速發(fā)展,使采購活動也不再是僅僅進行小范圍的供應(yīng)商之間的比較,而是要通過專業(yè)的供應(yīng)市場分析,對于當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟的整體宏觀形勢作出比較精準(zhǔn)的判斷。就好比萬達集團作為建筑商,對于建筑材料的采購當(dāng)然是必不可少的,這是萬達集團作為采購商,應(yīng)該清楚當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟形勢,深入分析相關(guān)政策對于原材料價格有哪些影響,會有多大的浮動,這樣在進行采購時就會有充分的把握。所以說,對供應(yīng)商進行戰(zhàn)略判斷,進行戰(zhàn)略分析,是必不可少,只有當(dāng)采購管理和戰(zhàn)略管理相互作用,只有和供應(yīng)商達到戰(zhàn)略匹配,建立起一種長期的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系,才能夠更好的促進相關(guān)采購活動的順利進行,特別是在價格方面與供應(yīng)商之間會達到雙贏。 戰(zhàn)略采購管理從本質(zhì)上來說,就是一種和供應(yīng)商進行戰(zhàn)略合作的模式,是一種戰(zhàn)略意義上的采購管理,它是一種長期的關(guān)系,是一種業(yè)務(wù)供給渠道,而且是在企業(yè)最低成本的基礎(chǔ)上進行的,并不是當(dāng)前以最低價格進行的一次性或者短期性質(zhì)的簡單交易。它在某種意義上來說,能夠充分平衡企業(yè)內(nèi)部以及外部各方面的資源,展現(xiàn)自身優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)和供應(yīng)商之間的共贏,注重長期的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系,是一種適應(yīng)于新時代下的采購管理模式。 戰(zhàn)略采購管理,是采購管理的發(fā)展方向,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的重要內(nèi)容,對企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化和企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展起著重要的作用。同時隨著商品生產(chǎn)和交換成為戰(zhàn)略采購管理過程的重要組成部分以及企業(yè)利潤的主要來源。在大型跨國制造公司中具有舉足輕重的作用。 戰(zhàn)略采購管理是一個核心的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理。基于對萬達集團戰(zhàn)略采購管理的研究,通過全球采購戰(zhàn)略,集中采購,根據(jù)物料細分的采購策略和供應(yīng)商的選擇, 考慮整體合理的供應(yīng)商管理和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等。實現(xiàn)萬達集團總體采購成本最低的方法策略。從以上幾個方面的分析和分解,本文詳細介紹了供應(yīng)商的選擇和評價的過程,如何在不同的情況采取相應(yīng)的措施。戰(zhàn)略采購管理在萬達集團的企業(yè),特別是提供采購計劃和制造企業(yè)的管理參考中,它可以充分的發(fā)揮作用。

With the rapid development of the network, purchasing activities are no longer just a comparison between suppliers in a small area, but also a more accurate judgment on the overall macro situation of the current economy through professional supply market analysis.
