【摘要】：美國經濟學家,諾貝爾獎金獲得者斯蒂格列茨(J.E. Stislitz)教授認為21世紀對全人類的發(fā)展進程起到重大影響的當屬中國的城鎮(zhèn)化及美國的高科技。黨中央、國務院高度重視城鎮(zhèn)化建設,黨的“十八大”報告提出,要走中國新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的道路,因為新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設將成為中國經濟可持續(xù)增長的最大引擎,也是實現(xiàn)農民收入快速增長和進一步縮小城鄉(xiāng)、區(qū)域收入差距的重要途徑。而新型城鎮(zhèn)化的主體是廣大農民。所以本文主要探索福建省新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設對于農民增收的影響關系,具有一定的理論及現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先提出研究背景,指出選題的原因,同時總結國內外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析國內外研究情況并借鑒其研究成果,明確了本文的研究重點及研究意義；第二部分介紹新型城鎮(zhèn)化和農民增收的內涵及相關理論基礎,為本文的研究提供理論奠基；第三部分主要建立評價指標體系并利用因子分析法來評價福建省新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平,以此來測度當前福建省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為下文探究福建省新型城鎮(zhèn)化對農民增收的影響提供實證分析數(shù)據(jù)；同時第四部分分析當前福建省農民收入構成及結構變化情況,并在城鎮(zhèn)化視角下分析限制福建省農民增收的因素,為下文的機理分析指出問題所在；第五部分在前兩部分的基礎上定性分析新型城鎮(zhèn)化對于農民收入的影響；第六部分運用實證分析方法來定量分析新型城鎮(zhèn)化對于農民收入的影響,分為長期影響及短期影響；第七部分主要是依據(jù)前文分析,對于加快福建省新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設以促進農民增收提供對策分析；最后是本文的結論與展望。本文研究結果表明,福建省新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設與農民各種收入確實存在長期均衡及短期影響關系,并就如何加快福建省新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設以促進農民增收給出相關對策：①轉變發(fā)展理念,持續(xù)增加農民純收入；②合理規(guī)劃布局,增加農民人均純收入；③推進產業(yè)經營,增加農民經營性收入；④改善就業(yè)環(huán)境,增加農民工資性收入；⑤創(chuàng)新制度改革,增加農民財產性收入：⑥加大扶持力度,增加農民轉移性收入。
[Abstract]:American economist , Nobel Prize winner Stiglitz ( J.E . ) Professor Stislitz believes that the 21st century has played a major role in the development process of the whole human being , which belongs to the urbanization of China and the high - tech of the United States . The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the construction of urbanization .
The second part introduces the connotation of the new urbanization and the farmer ' s income and the relevant theoretical basis , which provides the theoretical foundation for the research of this paper .
The third part mainly sets up the evaluation index system and uses the factor analysis method to evaluate the new urbanization development level of Fujian province .
At the same time , the fourth part analyzes the structure and structure change of farmers ' income in Fujian Province , and analyzes the factors restricting the income of farmers in Fujian province from the view of urbanization , and points out the problem for the following mechanism analysis ;
The fifth part qualitatively analyzes the influence of the new urbanization on farmers ' income on the basis of the first two parts .
The sixth part uses the empirical analysis method to quantitatively analyze the influence of the new urbanization on farmers ' income , which is divided into long - term and short - term effects ;
The seventh part is mainly based on the former analysis , to accelerate the construction of new urbanization in Fujian province to promote the farmer ' s income to provide the countermeasure analysis ;
Finally , the conclusion and prospect of this paper are pointed out . The results show that the new urbanization construction in Fujian Province has long - term equilibrium and short - term impact relation with the peasants ' income , and how to speed up the construction of new urbanization in Fujian province to promote the farmers ' income increase and give relevant countermeasures : ( 1 ) change the development idea , continuously increase the net income of farmers ;
( 2 ) Reasonable planning and layout to increase the per capita net income of farmers ;
( 3 ) Carry forward the industrial operation , increase the farmer ' s operating income ;
( 4 ) Improve the employment environment and increase the income of farmers ' wages ;
( 5 ) Reform of innovation system , increase farmers ' property income : ( 6 ) Increase support and increase farmers ' transfer income .
