基于DEA和Malmquist法的物流企業(yè)效率評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:物流業(yè)作為服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,不僅是落實(shí)擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重點(diǎn),也是促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的重要領(lǐng)域。近年來(lái),物流業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中的重要性日益凸顯,但我國(guó)物流企業(yè)的效率還不高,經(jīng)營(yíng)成本居高不下,阻礙了其對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支持作用。因此,進(jìn)一步提高物流企業(yè)的效率就顯得尤為迫切。 本文的研究對(duì)象是物流企業(yè)的效率評(píng)價(jià),首先,,本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的研究成果,結(jié)合物流企業(yè)自身特征,建立起物流企業(yè)的投入產(chǎn)出效率評(píng)價(jià)體系,緊接著篩選出17家滬深上市企業(yè)(包括8家港口類(lèi)企業(yè)和9家運(yùn)輸倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)類(lèi)企業(yè))為研究樣本,選取2005-2011年17家上市物流企業(yè)的固定資產(chǎn)、職工工資、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)成本作為投入變量,主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)收入和利潤(rùn)總額為產(chǎn)出變量,對(duì)各個(gè)物流上市企業(yè)在各個(gè)年份的投入-產(chǎn)出變量進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)。 其次,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)方法及相關(guān)模型對(duì)7年間各物流企業(yè)的技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率和純技術(shù)效率進(jìn)行了測(cè)度,比較分析了近7年間物流企業(yè)各效率的靜態(tài)變化。為了對(duì)同一時(shí)期前沿面技術(shù)效率為1的企業(yè)進(jìn)行再排序,本文運(yùn)用了DEA-Solver pro5.0軟件對(duì)各年技術(shù)效率為1的企業(yè)進(jìn)行超效率測(cè)度,對(duì)其效率進(jìn)行重新評(píng)價(jià)。 再次,通過(guò)基于DEA的Malmquist生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)法對(duì)上市物流企業(yè)7年間的全要素生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行測(cè)度,計(jì)算出了技術(shù)效率指數(shù)、技術(shù)變化指數(shù)、規(guī)模效率指數(shù)、純技術(shù)效率指數(shù)及全要素生產(chǎn)率指數(shù),并對(duì)17家物流企業(yè)2005-2011年間的全要素生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行了縱向的、動(dòng)態(tài)的、分類(lèi)別的、分區(qū)域的分析。 最后,根據(jù)以上分析結(jié)果,分別從技術(shù)效率方面、規(guī)模效率方面以及區(qū)域物流效率方面提出了相應(yīng)的策略。
[Abstract]:As an important part of service industry, logistics industry is not only the focus of implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand economic development, but also an important field to promote the development of national economy and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. In recent years, the importance of logistics industry in the national economy and social development has become increasingly prominent, but the efficiency of logistics enterprises in China is not high, and the operating costs remain high, which hinders its supporting role to the economic development of our country. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to further improve the efficiency of logistics enterprises. The research object of this paper is the efficiency evaluation of logistics enterprises. Firstly, based on the existing research results at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of logistics enterprises, this paper establishes an input-output efficiency evaluation system of logistics enterprises. Then 17 Shanghai and Shenzhen listed enterprises (including 8 port enterprises and 9 transportation and warehousing enterprises) were selected as the research samples, and 17 listed logistics enterprises' fixed assets, employees' wages and main business costs were selected as input variables from 2005 to 2011. The main business income and total profit are output variables. The input-output variables of each logistics listed enterprise in each year are described. Secondly, the paper measures the technical efficiency, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of logistics enterprises in the past seven years by using data Envelopment Analysis (DEAA) method and related models, and compares and analyzes the static changes of each efficiency of logistics enterprises in the past seven years. In order to reorder the enterprises with technological efficiency of 1 at the front of the same period, this paper uses DEA-Solver pro5.0 software to measure the super-efficiency of the enterprises with technical efficiency of 1 in each year, and to re-evaluate its efficiency. Thirdly, through the Malmquist productivity index method based on DEA to measure the total factor productivity of listed logistics enterprises in seven years, the technical efficiency index, technological change index and scale efficiency index are calculated. The pure technical efficiency index and total factor productivity index are used to analyze the total factor productivity of 17 logistics enterprises from 2005 to 2011. Finally, according to the above analysis results, the corresponding strategies are put forward from the aspects of technical efficiency, scale efficiency and regional logistics efficiency.
