山東半島水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國水產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量不斷增長,社會(huì)公眾對飲食健康和飲食安全的逐步重視,全社會(huì)對水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的需求也越來越高。水產(chǎn)品冷鏈?zhǔn)抢滏溛锪髦袑iT針對水產(chǎn)品的一種,同時(shí)也是社會(huì)物流大系統(tǒng)中的一類。水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流可以保證水產(chǎn)品在從產(chǎn)地獲得開始,到最終消費(fèi)前的這段時(shí)間內(nèi),始終處于在合理的保存環(huán)境下,保障水產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)和安全,從而滿足消費(fèi)者需求,并最終提高社會(huì)生產(chǎn)的整體效益。 根據(jù)研究主題,基于相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)和國內(nèi)外的研究成果,針對山東半島水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流存在的問題,本文主要完成了以下工作:從山東半島發(fā)展條件、外部宏觀環(huán)境、內(nèi)外在優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)三個(gè)方面完成戰(zhàn)略邏輯分析;從基本價(jià)值鏈、無形價(jià)值鏈和資源轉(zhuǎn)化活動(dòng)三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了獨(dú)特的行業(yè)價(jià)值鏈,并進(jìn)行價(jià)值增值過程分析;從總體戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)和戰(zhàn)略支撐四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了山東半島水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略體系,得到最終結(jié)論。 基于以上工作,本文構(gòu)建的山東半島水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略體系,是以切實(shí)提高山東半島地區(qū)水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流水平,保障水產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)的安全性、便利性和品質(zhì)性,最終滿足消費(fèi)者高水準(zhǔn)的水產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)需求為目標(biāo);充分把握食品安全問題得到重視和消費(fèi)能力提升的機(jī)遇,以市場引導(dǎo)、城市功能協(xié)調(diào)、資源合理配置、整體運(yùn)營優(yōu)化作為戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn);以法規(guī)支撐、資源支撐、管理支撐和創(chuàng)新支撐構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略支撐體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略體系的落地。 本文在寫作過程中主要進(jìn)行了以下創(chuàng)新: (1)采用聚類分析的方法進(jìn)行區(qū)域性戰(zhàn)略群組劃分,進(jìn)行城市發(fā)展的功能定位,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了功能協(xié)調(diào)戰(zhàn)略,并作為戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)劃分的基礎(chǔ)之一 (2)采用價(jià)值鏈分析作為水產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部分析的方法,從基本價(jià)值鏈、無形價(jià)值鏈和資源轉(zhuǎn)化活動(dòng)構(gòu)建了有針對性的行業(yè)價(jià)值鏈,并以此為基礎(chǔ)分析了價(jià)值增值的過程。 本文希望通過構(gòu)建山東半島水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略體系,為區(qū)域性的水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的發(fā)展和戰(zhàn)略研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing production of aquatic products in China and the attention paid by the public to diet health and food safety, the demand for cold-chain logistics of aquatic products in the whole society is higher and higher. The cold chain of aquatic products is a kind of cold chain logistics which is specially aimed at aquatic products, and it is also a kind of social logistics system. The cold-chain logistics of aquatic products can ensure that aquatic products will always be in a reasonable preservation environment during the period from the place of production to the final consumption, so as to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products so as to meet the needs of consumers. And finally improve the overall efficiency of social production. According to the research theme, based on the relevant theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research results, this paper mainly completed the following work: from the development conditions of Shandong Peninsula, the external macro environment, the existing problems in the cold chain logistics of aquatic products in Shandong Peninsula, Internal and external in three aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges to complete the strategic logic analysis, from the basic value chain, intangible value chain and resource transformation activities to build a unique industry value chain, and value added process analysis; From the four aspects of overall strategy, strategic objective, strategic focus and strategic support, this paper constructs the development strategy system of aquatic products cold chain logistics in Shandong Peninsula, and gets the final conclusion. Based on the above work, the development strategy system of aquatic product cold chain logistics in Shandong Peninsula is constructed in order to improve the level of cold chain logistics of aquatic products in Shandong Peninsula and ensure the safety, convenience and quality of aquatic product consumption. Finally, to meet the needs of high standard aquatic products consumption of consumers, to fully grasp the opportunities for food safety issues to be attached importance to and the ability to consume, to guide the market, to coordinate urban functions, and to allocate resources reasonably. The whole operation optimization is the strategic emphasis; the strategic support system is constructed with the support of laws and regulations, resources, management and innovation to realize the landing of the strategic system. In the process of writing, this paper mainly carries out the following innovations: 1) Regional strategic group division is carried out by cluster analysis, and function orientation of urban development is carried out. On this basis, functional coordination strategy is put forward, which is one of the bases for the division of strategic objectives. 2) using value chain analysis as the method of internal analysis of aquatic products, this paper constructs a targeted industry value chain from the basic value chain, intangible value chain and resource conversion activities, and analyzes the process of value added on this basis. This paper hopes to construct the development strategy system of aquatic product cold chain logistics in Shandong Peninsula and provide reference for the development and strategic research of regional aquatic product cold chain logistics.
