冀北電力公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:作為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的核心資源—工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目所需的大量訂貨設(shè)備、材料致使企業(yè)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送成本高居不下。最為關(guān)鍵的是,電網(wǎng)物資倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送的效率及效益直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)度能否如期開展以及購(gòu)置資產(chǎn)能否如期發(fā)揮效益最大化等一系列問(wèn)題,因此研究電網(wǎng)企業(yè)如何更加科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效地進(jìn)行物資倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送就顯得十分必要和緊迫。電力物資具備購(gòu)置量大、購(gòu)置成本高,物料儲(chǔ)位相對(duì)統(tǒng)一等特點(diǎn)便于開展系統(tǒng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、配送工作,因此,構(gòu)建集中、統(tǒng)一、科學(xué)、高效的電力物資倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理及配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)就具有重要的意義。 本文通過(guò)綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于電力物資倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送管理的相關(guān)研究,提出冀北電力公司進(jìn)行倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送管理優(yōu)化的必要性。從輸電線路工程概述、物流管理基礎(chǔ)概念、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送管理基礎(chǔ)概念等幾個(gè)方面,建立了冀北電力物資倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送優(yōu)化管理的理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合冀北電力公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送管理的現(xiàn)狀,提出目前主要存在的問(wèn)題和不足,以及需要倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送優(yōu)化的方面。接著,綜合考慮各種約束條件,建立了包括固定成本、庫(kù)存成本、運(yùn)輸成本三個(gè)部分的以成本為單目標(biāo)函數(shù)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)選址優(yōu)化模型。選擇Lingo優(yōu)化軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算,通過(guò)對(duì)冀北電力公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證了本文所建立的優(yōu)化模型的實(shí)用性和科學(xué)性。最后提出了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送體系優(yōu)化方案,優(yōu)化方案主要包括三個(gè)方面:組織架構(gòu)優(yōu)化、制度體系優(yōu)化、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送信息化優(yōu)化等。同時(shí),針對(duì)各個(gè)優(yōu)化方案,給出了具體的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。 本文通過(guò)實(shí)例分析、結(jié)合理論對(duì)冀北電力公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配管理送進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究,建立了相應(yīng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送理論基礎(chǔ),并提出了冀北電力公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送體系優(yōu)化方案,對(duì)冀北電力公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送管理具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:As the core resource of power grid enterprises, engineering construction projects require a large amount of ordering equipment, which results in the high cost of warehousing and distribution.The most important thing is that the efficiency and benefit of power grid material warehousing and distribution is directly related to a series of problems, such as whether the construction progress of the project can be carried out on schedule and whether the purchase of assets can maximize the benefits as scheduled, so how to study the power grid enterprises is more scientific.Economy, efficient material warehousing and distribution is very necessary and urgent.Electric power materials have the characteristics of large amount of purchase, high cost of purchase, relatively uniform storage of materials and so on, so it is convenient to carry out systematic warehousing and distribution work, therefore, to build centralized, unified, scientific, etc.Efficient storage management and distribution network of electric power materials is of great significance.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research on storage and distribution management of electric power materials, this paper puts forward the necessity of optimization of storage and distribution management in Hebei North Electric Power Company.From the aspects of transmission line engineering outline, basic concept of logistics management, basic concept of warehousing and distribution management and so on, the theoretical basis of optimized management of electric power materials warehousing and distribution in North Hebei is established.Combined with the present situation of storage and distribution management in Hebei North Electric Power Company, the main problems and shortcomings are put forward, and the aspects of optimization of warehousing and distribution are put forward.Then, considering all kinds of constraints, an optimization model of warehouse distribution network location is established, which includes fixed cost, inventory cost and transportation cost, and takes cost as a single objective function.The Lingo optimization software is selected to calculate the model, and the practicability and scientific nature of the optimization model are verified by the empirical analysis of the optimization of storage and distribution network of Hebei North Electric Power Company.Finally, the optimization scheme of warehousing and distribution system is put forward, which includes three aspects: organizational structure optimization, system optimization, warehousing distribution information optimization and so on.At the same time, the specific optimization design method is given for each optimization scheme.In this paper, through the analysis of examples, combining with the theory of Hebei Electric Power Company warehouse distribution management carried out a detailed study, established the corresponding warehousing and distribution theory basis, and put forward the Hebei North Electric Power Company warehousing distribution system optimization scheme.It has important guiding significance to the storage and distribution management of Hebei North Electric Power Company.
