【摘要】：中國新型城鎮(zhèn)化是21世紀中國面向需要解決的重點問題。中國在21世界的上半葉要全面徹底推進社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設，要以全面實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化社會和新型城鎮(zhèn)化為首要的戰(zhàn)略目標，首先要解決就是城鄉(xiāng)二元結構的問題，統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展，和諧發(fā)展，生態(tài)發(fā)展和共同享有社會基本保障。借鑒國外城鎮(zhèn)化的演進和我國已有城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展演進，總結其成功的經驗與失敗的教訓，從多方面分析和總結了在市場化、現(xiàn)代化、生態(tài)化的背景下，我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的規(guī)律和特點，進而得出了中國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的全新內涵，并且建立新型城鎮(zhèn)化的測評機制，通過測評機制建立新型城鎮(zhèn)化的基本模式，，在基本模式的指導下選擇我國應該走什么樣的新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路。提出了新型城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展思路和建設理念、生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展和社會和諧發(fā)展和社會保障全面覆蓋等幾個重大問題，并對我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的建設提出了相對應的對策建議，
[Abstract]:China's new urbanization is a key problem facing China in the 21 st century.In the first half of the 21st century, China will comprehensively and thoroughly promote the socialist modernization drive and take the comprehensive realization of a modern society and a new type of urbanization as its primary strategic goal. First of all, it must solve the problem of urban-rural dual structure and coordinate the development of urban and rural areas.Harmonious development, ecological development and enjoy the basic social security.This paper draws lessons from the evolution of urbanization abroad and the development of urbanization in China, summarizes its successful experience and failure lessons, analyzes and summarizes the background of marketization, modernization and ecology from many aspects.The law and characteristics of urbanization development in China, and then get the new connotation of China's new urbanization, and establish a new type of urbanization evaluation mechanism, through the evaluation mechanism to establish the basic model of new urbanization.Under the guidance of the basic mode, we should choose what kind of new urbanization road our country should take.This paper puts forward some important problems, such as the development thought and construction idea of new town, the development of ecological environment, the harmonious development of society and the comprehensive coverage of social security, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of new urbanization in our country.
