考慮碳排放的設(shè)施選址與指派問題研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)今,低碳意識(shí)早已深入人心,而關(guān)于碳減排的研究也成為了一個(gè)研究熱點(diǎn)?紤]到運(yùn)輸已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)重要的碳排放源頭,本文旨在通過優(yōu)化設(shè)施選址來構(gòu)建低碳運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)碳減排的目的。 本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,在設(shè)施選址與指派問題中兼顧考慮了碳排放因素和障礙因素,并對(duì)無障礙區(qū)域影響下的低碳設(shè)施選址與指派問題和障礙區(qū)域影響下的低碳設(shè)施選址與指派問題分別進(jìn)行研究。為了使獲得的選址方案能夠兼顧低碳目標(biāo)和低運(yùn)輸成本目標(biāo),本文將這兩個(gè)目標(biāo)整合為一個(gè)組合目標(biāo),并將上述兩個(gè)問題均構(gòu)建為單一目標(biāo)的混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃問題。為了很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)組合目標(biāo),可調(diào)整的組合成本權(quán)重被提出并用來參與設(shè)施的選址與迭代過程。 針對(duì)無障礙區(qū)域影響下的低碳設(shè)施選址與指派問題,本文基于經(jīng)典的ALA算法提出了一個(gè)兩階段迭代算法。在算例分析中,為了說明該兩階段迭代算法的有效性,本文將經(jīng)典ALA算法及另外兩個(gè)衍伸ALA算法的運(yùn)算結(jié)果作為參照物。對(duì)比分析結(jié)果表明,該兩階段迭代算法能夠有效地均衡碳排放成本和運(yùn)輸成本對(duì)選址方案的影響,并獲得碳排放成本和運(yùn)輸成本均較合理的方案,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)組合目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化。 針對(duì)障礙區(qū)域影響下的低碳設(shè)施選址與指派問題,本文同樣提出了一個(gè)兩階段的迭代算法。為了形成對(duì)比以更好地說明該迭代算法能夠有效地減少碳排放,本文還提出了一個(gè)考慮障礙的ALA算法。在算例分析中,對(duì)通過該兩階段迭代算法運(yùn)算得出的結(jié)果和通過考慮障礙的ALA算法運(yùn)算得出的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明該兩階段迭代算法能夠有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)組合目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化,并獲得碳排放成本和運(yùn)輸成本均較合理的方案。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the low carbon consciousness has been deeply accepted, and the research on carbon emission reduction has become a research hotspot. Considering that transportation has become an important source of carbon emissions, this paper aims to construct a low-carbon transportation network by optimizing the location of facilities. In order to achieve the purpose of carbon emission reduction. On the basis of previous studies, this paper takes into account the carbon emission factors and barriers in the problem of facility location and assignment. The low carbon facility location and assignment problem under the influence of barrier-free area and the low carbon facility location and assignment problem under the influence of barrier area are studied respectively. In this paper, the two objectives are integrated into a combined goal, and the above two problems are constructed as a mixed integer programming problem with a single objective. Adjustable combined cost weights are proposed and used to participate in the site selection and iterative process of the facility. In this paper, a two-stage iterative algorithm based on the classical ALA algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of location and assignment of low-carbon facilities under the influence of barrier-free regions. In order to illustrate the effectiveness of the two-stage iterative algorithm, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the two-stage iterative algorithm. In this paper, the results of the classical ALA algorithm and the other two extended ALA algorithms are taken as reference objects. The results of comparison and analysis show that the two-stage iterative algorithm can effectively balance the effect of carbon emission cost and transportation cost on the location selection. The scheme of carbon emission cost and transportation cost are both reasonable, so as to realize the optimization of the combination target. To solve the problem of low carbon facility location and assignment under the influence of barrier area, a two-stage iterative algorithm is also proposed in this paper. In order to better illustrate that the iterative algorithm can effectively reduce carbon emissions, a two-stage iterative algorithm is proposed in this paper. In this paper, a ALA algorithm considering obstacles is also proposed. In the analysis of an example, the results obtained by the two-stage iterative algorithm and the results obtained by the ALA algorithm with obstacles are compared and analyzed. The results show that the two-stage iterative algorithm can effectively realize the optimization of the combined target and obtain a more reasonable scheme of carbon emission cost and transportation cost.
