【摘要】:人力資源是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的第一資源,企業(yè)之間的競爭歸根結(jié)底是對人才的競爭,所以,人力資源開發(fā)成為企業(yè)競爭成敗的關(guān)鍵因素。中小房產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)如何通過人力資源開發(fā),有效的整合人力資源,使人力資源充分發(fā)揮作用,形成企業(yè)在市場上的競爭力,保持企業(yè)強勁的生命力,成為企業(yè)管理者面對的重大課題。目前XX縣A房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司人力資源開發(fā)存在著觀念落后、方法單一,不夠重視,沒有充分利用人力資源開發(fā)來促進企業(yè)發(fā)展等問題。因此,公司亟需解決人力資源開發(fā)中存在的問題,才能使企業(yè)獲得持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定快速的發(fā)展。在這樣的背景下,本文在研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合人力資源管理和開發(fā)的基本理論,對縣域經(jīng)濟下XX縣A房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司人力資源開發(fā)問題進行分析研究。 論文首先交待寫作背景、研究意義及文章的研究內(nèi)容和方法,并對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果進行綜述。其次探討分析企業(yè)人力資源管理和開發(fā)的相關(guān)理論。第三,對A房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司人力資源開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及問題進行了深刻剖析。通過A房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司這一案例,分析其人力資源開發(fā)基本情況,分析表明該公司人力資源開發(fā)存在著忽視開發(fā)、缺乏激勵和科學(xué)管理等問題。第四,鑒于目前公司在開發(fā)人力資源方面所的面臨困境,有針對性從戰(zhàn)略開發(fā)、創(chuàng)新開發(fā)、完善開發(fā)機制、提高人員素質(zhì)、樹立良好環(huán)境等方面提出A公司實施人力資源開發(fā)的改進策略。最后,對全文的研究結(jié)果進行總結(jié),并針對文章研究的不足,對未來的后續(xù)研究進行展望。 通過本文的研究,為縣域經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下XX縣A房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司人力資源開發(fā)提供具體的解決策略,同時也期望對縣域其它中小房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)解決人力資源開發(fā)問題提供借鑒意義和價值。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the first resources for social and economic development. The competition among enterprises is, in the final analysis, a competition for talents. Human resource development has become a key factor in the success or failure of enterprise competition. How to effectively integrate human resources through human resource development in small and medium-sized real estate development enterprises, so that human resources can play a full role and form the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, Maintaining the strong vitality of the enterprise has become an important subject facing the enterprise managers. At present, the human resource development of XX County A Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is backward in concept, single in method, and not attached enough importance to. Therefore, it is urgent for the company to solve the problems existing in the development of human resources in order to enable the enterprise to obtain a sustained, healthy, stable and rapid development. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and the basic theory of human resource management and development, this paper analyzes and studies the human resource development of XX County A Real Estate Development Co., Ltd under the county economy. First, the paper describes the background, significance, research content and methods of the article, and summarizes the related research results at home and abroad. Secondly, it discusses and analyzes the relevant theories of human resource management and development in enterprises. The present situation and problems of human resource development in A Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. are deeply analyzed. Through the case of A Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the basic situation of human resource development is analyzed. The analysis shows that the development of human resources of the company has some problems, such as neglecting development, lack of incentive and scientific management. 4th, in view of the difficulties faced by the company in the development of human resources at present, it aims at strategic development, innovation development, and so on. Improve the development mechanism, improve the quality of personnel, set up a good environment and other aspects of company A to implement human resources development improvement strategy. Finally, to summarize the research results of the full text, and in view of the deficiencies of the article, The prospect of the future research is given. Through the research of this paper, it provides specific solutions for the development of human resources in XX County A Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Under the county economy environment. At the same time, it also expects to provide reference and value for other small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in county to solve the problem of human resource development.
