【摘要】：物流是供應鏈活動的一部分,承擔著為滿足顧客需要對商品、服務及相關住處從產(chǎn)地到消費地高效、低成本流通和儲存的任務,是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟生活中一種常見的但又非常重要的經(jīng)濟活動,對經(jīng)濟具有支撐與拉動作用。物流產(chǎn)業(yè)作為社會經(jīng)濟活動的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)部門,逐漸成為世界上許多尤其是發(fā)達國家的“第三利潤源泉”。現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅利于產(chǎn)業(yè)機構的優(yōu)化和資源配置,促進第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,還利于投資環(huán)境的改善,吸引投資。同時,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的逐漸發(fā)展也促進了當?shù)貐^(qū)域市場的形成與發(fā)展,帶動了就業(yè),國民經(jīng)濟總體運行質(zhì)量和效益也有提高。 近年來,在改革開放激發(fā)和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶動的雙輪驅(qū)使下,長春市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了較大發(fā)展,企業(yè)數(shù)量日益增加,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模逐漸擴大,對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻越來越強。但是物流成本高、物流水平低、物流裝備水平低等問題也很明顯,社會化需求不足與專業(yè)化供給不足的矛盾、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)“做大”與物流費用“做小”的矛盾、經(jīng)營業(yè)主繁雜與市場秩序失范的矛盾、各類基礎設施自成體系與整體效率的矛盾、推行綠色物流與節(jié)約成本的矛盾以及現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展模式與現(xiàn)行體制政策的矛盾等矛盾給長春市物流業(yè)帶來了負面作用,長春市物流業(yè)目前正在由傳統(tǒng)型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)代型。 本文首先在緒論部分提出了文章的研究背景和目的意義,以及文章的研究思路、研究方法和論文內(nèi)容框架；第二部分詳細介紹了物流、物流系統(tǒng)、供應鏈、現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)和物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等物流產(chǎn)業(yè)相關概念,為后文提供理論基礎；第三部分是對長春市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的具體分析,主要包括長春物流產(chǎn)業(yè)結構及現(xiàn)狀,物流市場需求、長春市未來物流走勢的預測、重點行業(yè)物流特征；第四部分基于第三部分的內(nèi)容給出了長春市現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的原則和發(fā)展思路,第五部分提出了長春市現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的主要對策。
[Abstract]:Logistics is a part of supply chain activities, which is responsible for the task of efficient, low-cost circulation and storage of goods, services and related residences from place of origin to place of consumption in order to meet the needs of customers. Logistics is a common but very important economic activity in modern economic life, which plays a supporting and pulling role in the economy. Logistics industry is an important industrial department of social and economic activities. The development of modern logistics industry is not only conducive to the optimization of industrial institutions and resource allocation, promote the development of the tertiary industry, but also conducive to the improvement of the investment environment. At the same time, the gradual development of logistics industry also promotes the formation and development of the local regional market, promotes employment, and improves the overall operation quality and efficiency of the national economy. In recent years, driven by reform and opening up and driven by economic development, Changchun logistics industry has made great progress, the number of enterprises is increasing day by day, and the industrial scale is gradually expanding. The contribution to economic development is getting stronger and stronger. But the problems of high logistics cost, low logistics level, low logistics equipment level, etc., are also obvious. The contradiction between insufficient socialized demand and insufficient specialized supply, The contradiction between the logistics industry "becoming bigger" and the logistics cost "making small", the contradiction between the owners' complexity and the market order, the contradiction between the system of all kinds of infrastructure and the overall efficiency, The contradiction between the promotion of green logistics and cost saving, and the contradiction between modern logistics development mode and current system and policy have brought negative effects to the logistics industry in Changchun, which is changing from traditional type to modern type at present. In the introduction part, this paper first puts forward the research background and significance of the article, as well as the research ideas, research methods and the content framework of the paper. The second part introduces the logistics, logistics system, supply chain in detail. Logistics industry related concepts such as modern logistics industry and logistics industry cluster provide the theoretical basis for the following; the third part is the specific analysis of the current situation of Changchun logistics industry development, mainly including Changchun logistics industry structure and current situation. Logistics market demand, Changchun logistics trend forecast, key industry logistics characteristics; part 4th based on the third part of the content of the development of modern logistics industry in Changchun principles and development ideas, Part 5th puts forward the main countermeasures for the development of modern logistics industry in Changchun.
