【摘要】：近年來，隨著信息技術(shù)的日益更新和電子商務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展，物流業(yè)也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展起來，并在推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著越來越重要的作用。在這樣的形勢下，江西省的物流企業(yè)猶如雨后春筍一般的發(fā)展起來，尤其是中小型的物流企業(yè)更是遍地開花。但是由于行業(yè)發(fā)展過快，粗放經(jīng)營多，使得我們的物流企業(yè)特別是中小物流企業(yè)存在許多的問題，其中最為突出的是成本控制問題。它已經(jīng)成為阻礙中小物流企業(yè)良好發(fā)展，取得有利市場競爭力的關(guān)鍵因素，解決中小物流企業(yè)成本控制問題迫在眉睫。 本文首先通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于中小企業(yè)定義的研究，提出了中小物流企業(yè)的定義及成本劃分。其次在對(duì)江西省各主要地級(jí)市的中小物流企業(yè)走訪過程中，了解到江西省中小物流企業(yè)成本控制所存在的問題，同時(shí)就各個(gè)問題所產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析，并據(jù)此提出了江西省中小物流企業(yè)成本控制的模型。最后，，本文結(jié)合江西省A物流公司的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)該模型的可行性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證，并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出了中小物流企業(yè)成本控制的保障性措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing updating of information technology and the rapid development of electronic commerce, the logistics industry has also flourished and played an increasingly important role in promoting economic development. Logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province are developing like bamboo shoots, especially small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are blooming everywhere. However, due to the rapid development of the industry, extensive management, It makes our logistics enterprises, especially small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, have many problems, among which cost control is the most prominent one. It has become a key factor that hinders the good development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and makes them gain favorable market competitiveness. It is urgent to solve the cost control problem of small and medium logistics enterprises. Through the research on the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the definition and cost division of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. Secondly, in the process of visiting small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in major prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province, Understand the problems of cost control in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province, analyze the causes of each problem, and put forward the cost control model of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province. According to the actual situation of Jiangxi A logistics company, this paper verifies the feasibility of the model, and puts forward the supporting measures for the cost control of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises according to the analysis results.
