【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是伴隨工業(yè)化發(fā)展，非農產業(yè)在城鎮(zhèn)集聚、農村人口向城鎮(zhèn)集中的自然歷史過程，是國家現代化的重要標志。改革開放以來，伴隨著工業(yè)化的快速推進，我國的城鎮(zhèn)化也快速發(fā)展，，城鎮(zhèn)人口不斷增加，城鎮(zhèn)體系進一步完善，城鎮(zhèn)化的質量也有了進一步的提高。伴隨著工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化快速推進的是大規(guī)模的人口流動。改革開放尤其是市場經濟體制確立以來，束縛人們遷移流動的戶籍等制度逐漸放松，東部地區(qū)的經濟率先發(fā)展，大量中西部地區(qū)的人口遷移流動到東部地區(qū)，形成了規(guī)模龐大的流動人口。大規(guī)模的流動人口不僅滿足了東部地區(qū)對廉價勞動力的需求，更大大促進了我國城鎮(zhèn)化的進程。研究省際人口遷移對城鎮(zhèn)化的影響具有重要的意義。 不同省市的省際人口遷移狀況不同，引起這種不同遷移狀況的產業(yè)基礎也不同，而不同的遷移狀況又對各省市的城鎮(zhèn)化進程造成了不同的影響。為分析這種不同的影響，本文的研究思路是根據不同省市人口遷移數量的差異，將我國31個省市分成三種類型，然后從這三大類型中選擇一個典型的省份，進而詳細研究典型省份的產業(yè)基礎、省際人口遷移和城鎮(zhèn)化之間的關系，最后得出了一些結論。 本文分為七部分。第一部分為引言，論述了研究的背景和意義，并對相關理論進行了綜述；第二部分介紹了相關的理論基礎；第三部分簡要論述了我國人口遷移的基本狀況；第四部分論述了省際人口遷移的狀況，根據不同的省際人口遷移狀況將31個省市分成了三種類型，詳細分析了不同類型省市人口遷移的區(qū)別；第五部分分析了人口遷移的原因，將省際人口遷移的動因主要歸結為經濟因素，尤其是不同省市產業(yè)發(fā)展的差異；第六部分從三大類型的省市中選擇了廣東省、河南省和遼寧省，對這三個省市的產業(yè)發(fā)展狀況、人口遷移和城鎮(zhèn)化進行了詳盡的研究，分析了人口遷移和城鎮(zhèn)化的產業(yè)基礎，對各個省市更好的推進城鎮(zhèn)化進程提出了政策建議；第七部分對全文做了總結。 本文的分析與論證取得了預期的成果，并得出以下結論：城鎮(zhèn)化的健康發(fā)展需要產業(yè)支撐，一省的經濟發(fā)展水平決定該省流動人口的狀況。廣東、河南和遼寧三省的產業(yè)基礎存在顯著差異，引起的省際人口遷移狀況也不同，城鎮(zhèn)化面臨的突出問題也就不盡相同，為推進城鎮(zhèn)化的健康發(fā)展所采取的政策措施也應該有所區(qū)別。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the natural historical process of industrialization development, the agglomeration of non-agricultural industries in cities and towns, and the concentration of rural population into towns, which is an important symbol of national modernization. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid progress of industrialization has been accompanied by the rapid development of industrialization. China's urbanization has also developed rapidly, the urban population has been increasing, the urban system has been further improved, and the quality of urbanization has been further improved. The rapid progress of urbanization is the large-scale population mobility. Since the reform and opening up, especially since the establishment of the market economic system, the system of household registration, which restricts people's migration and mobility, has been gradually relaxed, and the economy of the eastern region has taken the lead in developing. A large number of people in the central and western regions have migrated to the east, forming a large floating population. The large-scale floating population not only meets the demand for cheap labor in the eastern region, It is of great significance to study the impact of interprovincial population migration on urbanization. Different provinces and cities have different conditions of population migration among provinces, and the industrial basis for these different migration conditions is also different, and different migration conditions have different effects on the urbanization process of different provinces and cities. The idea of this paper is to divide 31 provinces and cities into three types according to the difference of population migration quantity in different provinces and cities, and then select a typical province from these three types, and then study the industrial foundation of typical provinces in detail. Finally, some conclusions are drawn on the relationship between interprovincial population migration and urbanization. This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, which discusses the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the relevant theories; the second part introduces the relevant theoretical basis; the third part briefly discusses the basic situation of population migration in China; The 4th part discusses the status of interprovincial population migration, divides 31 provinces into three types according to different interprovincial migration conditions, and analyzes the difference of population migration between different types of provinces and cities in detail, 5th part analyzes the reasons of population migration. The motivation of inter-provincial population migration is mainly attributed to economic factors, especially the differences in industrial development between different provinces and cities; in 6th, Guangdong Province, Henan Province and Liaoning Province were selected from among the three major types of provinces, and the industrial development situation of these three provinces and cities was analyzed. Population migration and urbanization are studied in detail, the industrial basis of population migration and urbanization is analyzed, and policy recommendations are put forward for each province and city to better promote the process of urbanization. Part 7th summarizes the full text. The analysis and argumentation of this paper has achieved the expected results, and has drawn the following conclusions: the healthy development of urbanization needs the support of industry, and the level of economic development of a province determines the situation of the floating population in the province. There are significant differences in the industrial base between Henan and Liaoning provinces, and the inter-provincial migration situation is also different, and the prominent problems faced by urbanization are also different. Policies and measures to promote the healthy development of urbanization should also be differentiated.
