【摘要】:中國(guó)是世界潤(rùn)滑油進(jìn)口和消費(fèi)大國(guó),世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)將繼續(xù)提高潤(rùn)滑油消費(fèi)量,其最快增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)將會(huì)在發(fā)展中國(guó)家。發(fā)展中國(guó)家機(jī)車、船只和制造業(yè)的迅速增長(zhǎng),將會(huì)在工業(yè)化經(jīng)濟(jì)方面促使?jié)櫥拖M(fèi)量的增加。目前國(guó)內(nèi)擁有上千個(gè)潤(rùn)滑油品牌,隨著潤(rùn)滑油市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度的日趨激烈,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)領(lǐng)域也涉及到產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格、產(chǎn)品成本、產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品便利性等各方面。GS潤(rùn)滑油是韓國(guó)GS集團(tuán)的石油產(chǎn)品之一,GS集團(tuán)是韓國(guó)第六大企業(yè)集團(tuán),韓國(guó)最大的潤(rùn)滑油生產(chǎn)廠家,在韓國(guó)市場(chǎng)占有率達(dá)到50%,為韓國(guó)最暢銷的潤(rùn)滑油品牌,年產(chǎn)潤(rùn)滑油250萬(wàn)桶,它也是亞洲最大的精煉油企業(yè),石油化工產(chǎn)品的龍頭企業(yè)。2012年財(cái)富世界500強(qiáng)排名中處于第235位。我國(guó)加入WTO后,逐漸開放了成品油零售及其批發(fā)市場(chǎng),GS潤(rùn)滑油憑借自身優(yōu)異的品質(zhì)、適中的價(jià)格在中國(guó)的潤(rùn)滑油市場(chǎng)占據(jù)了一定的市場(chǎng)份額。GS潤(rùn)滑油在四川有一級(jí)經(jīng)銷成都全通車業(yè)公司一個(gè),大部分地市州建立起了二級(jí)經(jīng)銷商,由于我國(guó)西部地區(qū)各種客觀條件的限制,GS潤(rùn)滑油在四川市場(chǎng)配送成本較高。配送問題已經(jīng)成為制約GS潤(rùn)滑油在四川發(fā)展的重要因素,如何優(yōu)化GS潤(rùn)滑油的配送、降低GS潤(rùn)滑油的配送成本、合理的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)方式、提高配送的服務(wù)質(zhì)量是GS潤(rùn)滑油在我國(guó)西部市場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展需要解決的重要問題之一。本文主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)角度出發(fā),在參考大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)專著后,對(duì)構(gòu)成GS潤(rùn)滑油四川物流配送成本的各個(gè)因素進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析,并總結(jié)出影響GS潤(rùn)滑油四川市場(chǎng)配送效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的諸多因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出相關(guān)的物流配送優(yōu)化原則和方案。針對(duì)GS潤(rùn)滑油四川市場(chǎng)的配送現(xiàn)狀來(lái)說(shuō),本文主要從三個(gè)方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化:第一是對(duì)四川市場(chǎng)目前的倉(cāng)庫(kù)設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;第二是對(duì)成都全通車業(yè)公司的訂單管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;第三是對(duì)潤(rùn)滑油配送路徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。通過(guò)這三方面的優(yōu)化措施,可以使得成都全通車業(yè)服務(wù)公司配送服務(wù)在滿足時(shí)效性的前提條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)配送成本的最小化,為企業(yè)更好更快的發(fā)展提供重要幫助。
[Abstract]:China is a major importer and consumer of lubricating oil in the world. The growth of the world economy will continue to increase the consumption of lubricating oil. Its fastest growth point will be in the developing countries, the rapid growth of locomotives, ships and manufacturing industries in the developing countries. At present, there are thousands of lubricating oil brands in China. With the increasingly fierce competition in the lubricating oil market, the competitive field also involves product quality, product price, and product cost. GS Lubricating Oil is one of the petroleum products of the South Korean GS Group. The GS Group is the 6th largest enterprise group in Korea and the largest lubricant manufacturer in South Korea. With a market share of 50% in South Korea, it is the best-selling lubricant brand in South Korea. It produces 2.5 million barrels of lubricating oil annually. It is also the largest refined oil refining enterprise in Asia. In 2012, the leading enterprise of petrochemical products. In 2012, the Fortune 500 ranked 235th. After China joined the WTO, it gradually opened up the retail and wholesale market of refined oil and GS lubricating oil by virtue of its excellent quality. Moderate prices occupy a certain market share in China's lubricating oil market. GS Lubricants have a first-grade distribution in Sichuan, one of Chengdu Quantong Automobile Industry Company, and most prefectures have set up secondary dealers. Due to the limitation of various objective conditions in the western region of China, the distribution cost of GS lubricating oil in Sichuan market is relatively high. The distribution problem has become an important factor restricting the development of GS lubricating oil in Sichuan. How to optimize the distribution of GS lubricating oil, Reducing the cost of GS lubricating oil distribution, reasonable storage mode and improving the service quality of GS lubricating oil are one of the important problems that need to be solved in the long-term development of GS lubricating oil market in western China. After referring to a large number of related literature monographs, this paper analyzes the factors that constitute the cost of GS lubricating oil logistics and distribution in Sichuan Province, and summarizes many factors that affect the efficiency and economy of GS lubricating oil market distribution in Sichuan. According to the distribution situation of GS lubricating oil market in Sichuan, this paper mainly optimizes it from three aspects: the first is to optimize the present situation of warehouse setting in Sichuan market; The second is to optimize the order management of Chengdu Quantong Automobile Company, and the third is to optimize the distribution route of lubricating oil. It can make the distribution service of Chengdu Quantong Automobile Industry Service Company realize the minimum distribution cost under the premise of meeting the timeliness, and provide important help for the enterprise to develop better and faster.
