基于三角模糊層次分析法的重慶地區(qū)建筑低碳化評價指標體系研究

【摘要】:可持續(xù)發(fā)展是人類社會永恒的主題,在人類社會發(fā)展的不同時期,可持續(xù)發(fā)展的表現(xiàn)形式有所不同。隨著生產力水平的大幅提高,社會在發(fā)展的同時,也帶來了諸多環(huán)境問題。隨著氣候變暖、全球環(huán)境的不斷惡化,人們對環(huán)境問題的誘因有所認識,尤其是大氣中以二氧化碳為主的溫室氣體濃度升高導致氣候變化已是不爭的事實,降低碳排放是實現(xiàn)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑。作為全球第一大CO2排放國,中國正面臨著巨大的壓力,為實現(xiàn)我國在哥本哈根氣候變化大會上40%-45%的減排承諾[1],建筑行業(yè)責任重大,因此降低建筑業(yè)的溫室氣體排放,是推動和促進解決我國碳排放的問題的主要途徑。 為了推進建筑低碳化,論文以“建筑低碳化”為主題展開研究。論文首先對建筑低碳化概念進行界定,分析了建筑低碳化的內涵,加深對建筑低碳化的理解;為借鑒國內外經(jīng)驗,論文對國內外8個具有代表性的相關評價指標體系/方法進行了分析,通過分析對比篩選出建筑低碳化評價指標體系可選指標集;隨后在專家咨詢和小組討論的基礎上,從“碳足跡——碳源、碳匯”角度出發(fā)梳理了在建筑的全生命周期中影響碳排放的因素,最終建立了一套全面的、體現(xiàn)了建筑低碳化內涵評價指標體系,,為建筑行業(yè)的低碳化發(fā)展提供了技術支撐。該評價指標體系由“直接碳源——能源供給與用能系統(tǒng)”、“間接碳源——低碳設計與建造”、“直接碳匯——綠化與能源循環(huán)利用”、“間接碳匯——資源循環(huán)利用”4個一級指標構成,共有19個二級指標。 為確定建筑低碳化評價指標體系各指標權重,本文對比了現(xiàn)有權重計算方法的優(yōu)缺點,同時結合專家評判信息具有模糊性和不確定性的特點,采用“專家咨詢法”、“基于三角模糊數(shù)的層次分析法”計算建筑低碳化評價指標體系的各指標權重。本文權重計算過程中集合了25個專家群的有效問卷,為處理融合為這些數(shù)據(jù),將權重復雜的計算過程運用MATLAB語言工具進行了編程,得到了建筑低碳化評價指標體系及其權重。通過對權重計算結果的合理性分析,證明了在模糊信息下,運用基于三角模糊數(shù)的層次分析法確定建筑低碳化評價指標體系權重是可行的。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development is the eternal theme of human society. In different periods of human social development, the manifestation of sustainable development is different. It also brings a lot of environmental problems. With the warming of the climate and the worsening of the global environment, people are aware of the causes of environmental problems. Especially, it is an indisputable fact that the increase of carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere leads to climate change. Reducing carbon emissions is an important way to realize the sustainable development of society. As the largest emitter of CO2 in the world, China is under tremendous pressure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the construction industry in order to meet its 40-45% commitment to reduce emissions at the Copenhagen Climate change Conference. It is the main way to promote and promote the solution to the problem of carbon emission in China. In order to promote low carbonization of buildings, the thesis focuses on the theme of "low carbonization of buildings". Firstly, the concept of low carbonization of buildings is defined, the connotation of low carbonization of buildings is analyzed, and the understanding of low carbonization of buildings is deepened. In order to draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience, this paper analyzes 8 representative evaluation index systems / methods at home and abroad, and selects the optional index set of building low carbonization evaluation index system through analysis and comparison. Then, based on expert advice and panel discussions, from the perspective of "carbon footprint-carbon source, carbon sink", the factors that affect carbon emissions throughout the life cycle of the building are sorted out, and a comprehensive set is established. It embodies the evaluation index system of low carbonization connotation, This evaluation index system consists of "Direct carbon source-energy supply and energy use system", "indirect carbon source-low carbon design and construction", "direct carbon sink-greening and energy recycling". "," indirect carbon sinks-recycling of resources ", consisting of four primary indicators, There are 19 secondary indicators. In order to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of low carbonization of buildings, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods of weight calculation, and combines the characteristics of fuzzy and uncertain with the information of expert evaluation. This paper uses "expert consultation method" and "Analytic hierarchy process based on triangular Fuzzy number" to calculate the weight of each index system of low carbonization evaluation index system of buildings. In order to deal with the fusion of these data, 25 valid questionnaires of expert groups are collected in this paper. The calculation process of complex weight is programmed by MATLAB language, and the evaluation index system of low carbonization of building and its weight are obtained. By analyzing the rationality of weight calculation results, it is proved that under the condition of fuzzy information, It is feasible to use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on triangular fuzzy number to determine the weight of low carbonization evaluation index system.
