【摘要】：隨著信息化時代的不斷深入，能夠客觀地表現出整個當前時代發(fā)展的明顯標志就是在市場環(huán)境中隨機產生的服務外包項目的增多。服務外包的過程中，最重要部分當屬制造業(yè)行業(yè)外包服務的發(fā)展。因此，物流外包作為整個制造業(yè)行業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的一個亮點，近年來受到了不同程度的重視。制造業(yè)企業(yè)的物流外包的發(fā)展更多的呈現在物流運輸和產品制造上，但是又同樣存在著對企業(yè)核心技術和整個運營模式的風險性考驗。這樣的發(fā)展就促使企業(yè)在物流外包的過程中，將物流外包風險管理視為研究的核心重點。 論文首先介紹了研究背景和意義，總結了國內外關于物流外包以及物流外包風險管理的研究現狀，進而闡述了物流外包相關的風險管理理論。并以A紡織公司物流外包風險管理為例，運用模糊層次分析法對其進行物流外包活動的風險分析和評估，對各個風險因素的大小進行分析，提出了對風險的防范和控制措施。該研究對完善物流外包風險評價過程、增加風險控制方法的實用性，具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the information age, the obvious sign that can objectively show the development of the whole current era is the increase in the number of randomly generated service outsourcing projects in the market environment. The most important part is the development of outsourcing services in the manufacturing industry. Therefore, logistics outsourcing is a bright spot in the development of the entire manufacturing industry. In recent years, different degrees of attention have been paid to the development of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises. However, there is also a risk test to the core technology and the whole operation mode of the enterprise. This kind of development urges the enterprise to regard the risk management of logistics outsourcing as the key point of the research in the process of logistics outsourcing. This paper first introduces the research background and significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign logistics outsourcing and logistics outsourcing risk management research status. Then it expounds the risk management theory related to logistics outsourcing, and takes A textile company logistics outsourcing risk management as an example to analyze and evaluate the risk of logistics outsourcing activities by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Based on the analysis of each risk factor, the paper puts forward the risk prevention and control measures, which has certain reference value for perfecting the risk evaluation process of logistics outsourcing and increasing the practicability of risk control method.
