【摘要】：從經濟發(fā)展、基礎設施、社會發(fā)展、居民生活和人居環(huán)境五個方面篩選并建構了30個指標,采用熵權法對我國288個地級及以上城市發(fā)展的質量內涵進行了評價分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國城市發(fā)展質量仍然呈現(xiàn)出比較明顯的區(qū)域特征,與經濟發(fā)展水平格局相一致;城市發(fā)展質量與其人口規(guī)模不存在明顯的相關關系;大部分中小城市的發(fā)展質量仍然較低;城市發(fā)展質量與戶籍城市化率線性相關。據此認為,打破戶籍制度的限制及實現(xiàn)公共服務均等化,提高中小城市的公共投資,改善城市社會類基礎設施,增加社會福利和公共物品的供給是未來提高城市發(fā)展質量的關鍵。
[Abstract]:This paper selects and constructs 30 indicators from five aspects of economic development, infrastructure, social development, residents' life and human settlement environment, and evaluates and analyzes the quality connotation of the development of 288 prefectural cities and above in China by using entropy weight method. The quality of urban development in China still shows obvious regional characteristics, which is consistent with the pattern of economic development level, and there is no obvious correlation between the quality of urban development and its population size, while the development quality of most small and medium-sized cities is still low. The quality of urban development is linearly related to the urbanization rate of household registration. Therefore, it is considered that breaking the restriction of household registration system and realizing the equalization of public services, increasing public investment in small and medium-sized cities, and improving urban social infrastructure, Increasing the supply of social welfare and public goods is the key to improve the quality of urban development in the future.
