【摘要】：城市土地是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是城市各種資源配置的載體,也是最具活力、增值潛力最大的國(guó)有資產(chǎn),更是政府可以直接經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)作的高效資本載體。城市土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)是指城市內(nèi)部各種功能用地的比例、空間結(jié)構(gòu)及其相互影響、作用的關(guān)系。太原市在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的特殊時(shí)期的社會(huì)歷史條件下,以往的土地利用方式、土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)就顯得在技術(shù)上、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)上不盡合理。這嚴(yán)重影響城市土地的整體功能并阻礙城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,造成土地資源的大量浪費(fèi),用地比例失衡,城市中各種機(jī)能失調(diào)。 本文運(yùn)用定性與定量相結(jié)合、實(shí)證和規(guī)范相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)太原市的城市土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)變化情況進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀、動(dòng)態(tài)變化、部門信息熵等情況進(jìn)行了分析,此外還與國(guó)內(nèi)的幾個(gè)城市的城市土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)作了分析比較，總結(jié)了太原市城市土地利用特點(diǎn)及存在的問(wèn)題。 在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃法、線性回歸分析法和相關(guān)分析法建立了包括9個(gè)變量、14組線性約束方程的太原市城市土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化模型,繼而使用MATLAB軟件運(yùn)用收縮因子粒子群算法對(duì)優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行求解,得到太原市城市土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的最優(yōu)方案,并對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)方案提出了建議,希望對(duì)太原市未來(lái)的城市土地利用提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:City land is the foundation of city economic development, city is the carrier of allocation of various resources, is the most dynamic, value-added potential of the largest state-owned assets, is the efficient carrier of government capital can operate directly. The city land use structure refers to the city within the various land uses proportion, spatial structure and interaction effect the relationship between Taiyuan city. In the special period of rapid economic development under the social historical condition, the mode of land use, land use structure is in technology, economy and society is not reasonable. This seriously affected the whole function of city land and hinder the city's economic and social development, resulting in a great waste of land resources, with the the proportion of imbalances, imbalance various functions of the city.
This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of Taiyuan city land use structure change method of empirical and normative, dynamic changes to its present situation, Department of information entropy is analyzed, in addition also city soil and structure of the domestic use of several city is analyzed and summarized the characteristics and problems of land utilization in Taiyuan city.
On the basis of the above research, using the method of multi-objective planning, linear regression was established including 9 variables and correlation analysis, structure optimization model of Taiyuan city land use 14 sets of linear constraint equations, and then use MATLAB software using the constriction factor particle swarm algorithm to solve the optimization model, Taiyuan city land the optimal scheme of structure optimization, and puts forward some suggestions on how to implement this plan, hoping to provide a reference for the future land use in Taiyuan city.
