【摘要】:項(xiàng)目管理已成為一種有效管理技術(shù)和管理方式并越來(lái)越得到企業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用,同時(shí)其研究及實(shí)踐重心也開(kāi)始從原來(lái)單項(xiàng)目管理向多項(xiàng)目管理轉(zhuǎn)化。多項(xiàng)目管理被認(rèn)為是21世紀(jì)一種全新管理方法而日益被企業(yè)所青睞。隨著多項(xiàng)目管理理論與方法而日益發(fā)展,目前多項(xiàng)目資源配置特別是多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置顯得更加重要并成為多項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域研究熱點(diǎn)。本文從項(xiàng)目族視角,以多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置為研究對(duì)象應(yīng)用粒計(jì)算、云模型以及混合量子粒子群算法等理論和方法對(duì)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置參數(shù)、多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型、多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置算法以及其魯棒性等問(wèn)題深入研究,論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究成果及其創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包含如下幾個(gè)方面:從項(xiàng)目族視角,在多項(xiàng)目管理理論與方法以及工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)研究基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建多項(xiàng)目工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)GWBS模型;然后通過(guò)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源理論研究在GWBS模型上構(gòu)建了多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源GBOR模型;GWBS模型以及GBOR模型的提出有效提高了柔性資源配置效率以及多項(xiàng)目管理水平;應(yīng)用不確定性粒計(jì)算方法對(duì)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置進(jìn)行具體分析研究:基于模糊粗糙集的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置,基于信息熵粗糙集的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置,基于可調(diào)變精度粗糙集的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置;同時(shí)提出了多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源屬性定量測(cè)定方法;該研究成果可為多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。在對(duì)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源GBOR研究基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源參數(shù)及柔性資源緩沖,為多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源定量配置提供了條件;同時(shí)對(duì)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源資源熵進(jìn)行定量測(cè)定;論文在云模型基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建基于高斯分布的云模型,在基于云模型的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源屬性研究基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用高斯云模型對(duì)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈進(jìn)行定量識(shí)別和測(cè)定研究,該研究成果為多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供前提條件以及重要基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)多項(xiàng)目理論與方法、關(guān)鍵鏈理論、多項(xiàng)目資源配置理論研究,在多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置問(wèn)題及其特征參數(shù)研究基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了基于多屬性的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型;同時(shí)在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)理論構(gòu)建了基于學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型:基于Wright學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型;基于Richard學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型;基于Dejong學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型以及基于混合學(xué)習(xí)算法的多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型并對(duì)其算例分析;該研究成果為多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供了理論基礎(chǔ)以及實(shí)踐依據(jù)。在區(qū)間優(yōu)化算法理論、粒子群算法以及量子算法研究基礎(chǔ)上提出了多目標(biāo)區(qū)間粒子群算法以及基于云模型的混合量子粒子群算法;同時(shí)應(yīng)用混合量子粒子群算法對(duì)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性配置進(jìn)行研究;在研究過(guò)程中結(jié)合多項(xiàng)目案例集進(jìn)行資源配置仿真實(shí)驗(yàn);然后對(duì)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型及其算法進(jìn)行魯棒性研究;該研究成果可為多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供科學(xué)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和實(shí)現(xiàn)條件,并且該研究成果能為多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置提供有效魯棒性控制方法以及管理建議。本文研究既具有一定的理論價(jià)值又具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,其研究?jī)r(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在以下方面:通過(guò)多項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法研究基礎(chǔ)上提出了GWBS模型以及GBOR模型為多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供了新的視角;通過(guò)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置問(wèn)題及其配置深入研究基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置理論模型為解決多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置問(wèn)題提供了新的研究思路及新的理論基礎(chǔ);最后通過(guò)多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置新算法設(shè)計(jì)及其魯棒性研究有效、科學(xué)地解決了多項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈柔性資源配置問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Project management has become a kind of effective management technology and management mode is more and more widely used by enterprises, and its research and practice center also began to change from the original single project management to multi project management. Project management is a new management method in twenty-first Century and are increasingly being favored by enterprises. With the development of the theory and method of multi project management and development of the multi project resource allocation especially multi project critical chain flexible allocation of resources becomes more and more important and become a hot research field of multi project management.
