【摘要】：本文采用WIOD提供的金磚國(guó)家投入產(chǎn)出和直接碳排放數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)建立MRIO模型計(jì)算1995~2011年中國(guó)與其他金磚國(guó)家貿(mào)易隱含碳排放量,并進(jìn)一步考察了中國(guó)在不同雙邊貿(mào)易中所處地位特征和是否存在碳減排的國(guó)際貿(mào)易途徑。結(jié)果表明,中國(guó)與不同金磚國(guó)家貿(mào)易所處地位存在異質(zhì)性特征,主要表現(xiàn)為中國(guó)在中俄貿(mào)易中以貿(mào)易逆差換取碳減排、中印貿(mào)易中以碳排放換取貿(mào)易順差、中巴貿(mào)易中隱含碳凈出口和貿(mào)易逆差共存。中國(guó)可通過(guò)鼓勵(lì)相對(duì)低碳行業(yè)出口,并同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)相對(duì)高碳行業(yè)進(jìn)口和金磚國(guó)家內(nèi)部互補(bǔ)性貿(mào)易的國(guó)際貿(mào)易途徑促進(jìn)實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)碳減排目標(biāo)。中國(guó)應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮金磚國(guó)家合作機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)與其他金磚國(guó)家的"共享式"碳減排。
[Abstract]:Based on the input-output and direct carbon emission data of BRICS countries provided by WIOD, this paper calculates the implied carbon emissions of China's trade with other BRICS countries from 1995 to 2011 through the establishment of MRIO model. The paper also studies the status of China in different bilateral trade and whether there is a carbon emission reduction approach in international trade. The results show that the status of trade between China and different BRICS countries is heterogeneous. The main performance of China in the Sino-Russian trade deficit in exchange for carbon emissions reduction, Sino-Indian trade carbon emissions in exchange for trade surplus. Net carbon exports and trade deficits coexist in China-Brazil trade. China can encourage exports in relatively low-carbon sectors. At the same time, it encourages the international trade channels of relative high carbon industry imports and complementary trade within BRICS countries to promote the realization of China's carbon emission reduction target. China should give full play to the BRICS cooperation mechanism. China and other BRICS countries to achieve "shared" carbon emissions reduction.
