晉城市主城區(qū)城市用地?cái)U(kuò)展驅(qū)動(dòng)力研究

【摘要】:城市土地是人類活動(dòng)最集中的地域,是城市發(fā)展的載體。城市發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為21世紀(jì)全球發(fā)展的主題。晉城市主城區(qū)作為晉城市政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的核心區(qū)域,城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,城市用地?cái)U(kuò)展與耕地保護(hù)的矛盾日益突出。因此深入剖析晉城市主城區(qū)擴(kuò)展演變過(guò)程,探討晉城市主城區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出晉城市城市用地理性擴(kuò)展的對(duì)策建議,可為晉城市城市化健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的決策參考。 本文在了解國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于城市擴(kuò)張?zhí)卣骷捌潋?qū)動(dòng)力的研究的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)2007年晉城市主城區(qū)土地利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析;其次選取擴(kuò)展范圍、面積變化、擴(kuò)展速度、擴(kuò)展強(qiáng)度、擴(kuò)展彈性、擴(kuò)展結(jié)構(gòu)等城市用地?cái)U(kuò)展指標(biāo)對(duì)晉城市主城區(qū)1985年—2007年城市用地?cái)U(kuò)展的空間變化和數(shù)量變化進(jìn)行分析;然后在對(duì)晉城市城市用地?cái)U(kuò)展與地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、人均GDP、全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資額、第二三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值比重、第二三產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力比重、公路里程、城市維護(hù)費(fèi)、非農(nóng)業(yè)人口、城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入、社會(huì)商品零售總額等自然社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用主成分分析法提取主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因子并以此建立了多元線性回歸的驅(qū)動(dòng)力模型;最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,分析了當(dāng)前晉城市主城區(qū)擴(kuò)展存在的問(wèn)題,并據(jù)此提出促進(jìn)城市用地理性擴(kuò)展的對(duì)策建議。通過(guò)本文研究,得到結(jié)論如下: (1)1985年—2007年晉城市主城區(qū)規(guī)模處于持續(xù)擴(kuò)大狀態(tài),城市空間隨時(shí)間推移向外部圈層蔓延擴(kuò)展,城市用地重心總體向東南方向遷移,圖斑破碎化程度加劇,形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)趨向復(fù)雜化; (2)1985年—2007年晉城市主城區(qū)擴(kuò)展先后經(jīng)歷了高速擴(kuò)展、穩(wěn)定擴(kuò)展、低速擴(kuò)展、高速擴(kuò)展、穩(wěn)定擴(kuò)展階段; (3)1985年—2007年晉城市主城區(qū)在擴(kuò)展演變過(guò)程中存在城市用地?cái)U(kuò)展過(guò)快,城市用地?cái)U(kuò)展規(guī)模與城市化發(fā)展水平不匹配,用地類型結(jié)構(gòu)雖逐漸完善但仍不盡合理等問(wèn)題。 (4)晉城市主城區(qū)擴(kuò)展受自然地理、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)發(fā)展、城市規(guī)劃等因素的綜合影響,其中主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因子為:地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、人均GDP、全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資額、第二三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值比重、公路里程、城市維護(hù)費(fèi)、非農(nóng)業(yè)人口、城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入和社會(huì)商品零售總額。多元線性回歸的驅(qū)動(dòng)力模型為:Y=0.01X1-0.055X3+0.135X4+0.001X6+5.24X7+0.576X8-0.031X10-10.488 (5)晉城市城市理性擴(kuò)展的對(duì)策建議包括:合理控制固定資產(chǎn)投資和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投入,引導(dǎo)城市用地有序擴(kuò)展;優(yōu)化城市用地結(jié)構(gòu),注重城市擴(kuò)展與舊城改造相結(jié)合;優(yōu)化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)城市綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控力度,合理控制居住用地規(guī)模等。
[Abstract]:Urban land is the most concentrated area of human activities and the carrier of urban development. Urban development has become the theme of global development in 21th century. The main urban area of Jincheng as the core region of politics economy and culture of Jincheng. With the continuous expansion of urban scale, the contradiction between urban land expansion and cultivated land protection is increasingly prominent. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the evolution process of urban expansion in Jincheng city, and discusses the driving factors of spatial expansion in main urban area of Jincheng city. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions for rational expansion of urban land use in Jincheng City are put forward, which can provide a scientific decision reference for the healthy and sustainable development of urbanization in Jincheng City. On the basis of understanding the characteristics and driving forces of urban expansion at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation of land use in the main urban area of Jincheng City in 2007. Secondly, select the extension range, area change, expansion speed, expansion strength, expansion elasticity. The spatial and quantitative changes of urban land expansion in Jincheng City from 1985 to 2007 are analyzed. Then in Jincheng urban land expansion and regional gross domestic product, per capita GDP, total social investment in fixed assets, 23th industrial value added proportion, 23th industrial labor ratio, road mileage. On the basis of the correlation analysis of the natural social and economic driving factors such as urban maintenance fee, non-agricultural population, per capita disposable income of urban residents and total retail sales of social goods, etc. The main driving factors were extracted by principal component analysis (PCA) and the driving force model of multivariate linear regression was established. Finally, based on the research results, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the expansion of the main urban area of Jincheng City, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational expansion of urban land use. Through the study of this paper, the conclusions are as follows: From 1985 to 2007, the scale of the main urban area of Jincheng City is in the state of continuous expansion, the urban space extends to the outer circle with the passage of time, and the center of gravity of the urban land generally moves to the southeast. The degree of fragmentation increased and the morphological structure tended to be complicated. From 1985 to 2007, the expansion of the main urban area of Jincheng City has experienced a period of high speed expansion, steady expansion, low speed expansion, high speed expansion and steady expansion stage. 3) from 1985 to 2007, the expansion of urban land is too fast in the main urban area of Jincheng city, and the scale of urban land expansion does not match with the level of urbanization development. Although the structure of land use type is gradually perfect, it is still not reasonable and so on. 4) the expansion of Jincheng main urban area is affected by the factors of natural geography, economic development, social development, urban planning and so on. The main driving factors are regional gross domestic product (GDP) and per capita GDP. Investment in fixed assets of the whole society, the proportion of added value of 23th industries, road mileage, urban maintenance fee, non-agricultural population. Per capita disposable income of urban residents and total retail sales of social goods. The driving force model of multivariate linear regression is: 0. 01X1-0.055X3 0.135X4 0.001X6. 5.24X7 0.576X8-0.031X10-10.488 The countermeasures and suggestions for the rational expansion of Jincheng city include: reasonable control of investment in fixed assets and investment in infrastructure construction to guide the orderly expansion of urban land; Optimize the structure of urban land use, pay attention to the combination of urban expansion and urban reconstruction; Optimize the regional industrial structure and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the city; Continue to strengthen real estate regulation and control, reasonable control of the scale of residential land, and so on.
