【摘要】：城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是城市發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是構(gòu)建城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要內(nèi)容。隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,城市居民對(duì)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理水平提出了更高的要求。而在數(shù)字城市背景下,大力引進(jìn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)方法運(yùn)用到城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理中,可以使城市管理更精細(xì)化、智能化,從而達(dá)到滿足城市居民生活在城市對(duì)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的需求。新技術(shù)新方法的引入,是加快我國(guó)城市發(fā)展和城市化進(jìn)程的迫切需要。在此背景下,今后我國(guó)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理就必須結(jié)合數(shù)字城市管理內(nèi)容采取改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新,才能更好地滿足城市公共需求的變化。本研究是在現(xiàn)代城市管理和數(shù)字城市管理相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施運(yùn)營(yíng)管理現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題,針對(duì)基于數(shù)字城市管理理論的城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中技術(shù)應(yīng)用及優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合實(shí)際問(wèn)題提出了對(duì)策建議。其中,在城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施引進(jìn)使用先進(jìn)技術(shù)方面采用國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外在城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和政策實(shí)施。最后,在南寧城市管道燃?xì)膺\(yùn)營(yíng)管理案例分析中,以數(shù)字城市管理為背景,分析相關(guān)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式、數(shù)字智能系統(tǒng)和視屏監(jiān)控技術(shù)應(yīng)用等情況,以小見(jiàn)大提出對(duì)整個(gè)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施運(yùn)營(yíng)管理有價(jià)值的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Urban infrastructure is the foundation of urban development and the important content of constructing city competitiveness. With the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard in China. Urban residents put forward higher requirements for the level of operation and management of urban infrastructure. In the context of digital cities, the introduction of advanced technology and methods into urban infrastructure management. It can make the city management more refined and intelligent, so as to meet the needs of urban residents living in the city for urban infrastructure. New technology and new methods are introduced. It is an urgent need to speed up the process of urban development and urbanization in China. Under this background, the construction and operation management of urban infrastructure must be improved and innovated in combination with the content of digital city management in the future. In order to better meet the changes of urban public demand, this study is based on the theory of modern urban management and digital city management, combined with the current situation and existing problems of urban infrastructure management in China. This paper analyzes the technology application and advantages of urban infrastructure operation management based on digital city management theory, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in combination with practical problems. In the introduction and use of advanced technology in urban infrastructure domestic and foreign comparative analysis of domestic and foreign advanced experience and policy implementation in the operation of urban infrastructure construction and management. In the case analysis of Nanning city pipeline gas operation management, this paper analyzes the related operation management mode, digital intelligent system and video monitor technology application with the background of digital city management. A small part shows that the whole city infrastructure operation and management put forward valuable countermeasures and suggestions.
