【摘要】:隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入,現(xiàn)代科技的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)外部的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境變得復(fù)雜多變,企業(yè)面臨了更多的挑戰(zhàn)。為了應(yīng)對(duì)外部環(huán)境的變化,“打鐵還需自身硬”,企業(yè)必須加強(qiáng)自身的實(shí)力的提升,唯有如此才能立于不敗之地。在對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)力提升的過(guò)程中,業(yè)務(wù)流程由于其像血管一樣貫穿于企業(yè)的整個(gè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的過(guò)程中,所以對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行調(diào)整是必然的。對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行調(diào)整的理論有很多,業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論強(qiáng)調(diào)變革的徹底性和完全性,業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化理論強(qiáng)調(diào)優(yōu)化的漸進(jìn)性,采用溫和的循序漸進(jìn)的方法進(jìn)行調(diào)整。 基于這種背景,本文結(jié)合中國(guó)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程調(diào)整的實(shí)際情況,業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的漸進(jìn)性更加符合中國(guó)企業(yè)的實(shí)際,并就業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了深入的分析和研究。本文在全面分析總結(jié)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的三步法,首先進(jìn)行需優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程的選擇,其次進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)優(yōu)化后的流程進(jìn)行模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià),得出各方人員對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的滿意度,并總結(jié)優(yōu)化流程的效果,并采用PDCA循環(huán),不斷的進(jìn)行優(yōu)化再設(shè)計(jì)。以物質(zhì)公司為具體實(shí)例,對(duì)其的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行三步法的設(shè)計(jì)研究,最后得出業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)三步法的可操作性。業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的三步法是以往流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究方法的繼承和發(fā)展,與它們一脈相承,為業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了一種新的方法和思路。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the rapid development of modern science and technology, the external business environment has become complex and changeable, enterprises are facing more challenges. In order to cope with the changes in the external environment. "still need their own hard", enterprises must strengthen their own strength, only in order to be invincible. In the process of upgrading the strength of the enterprise. Because business process runs through the whole operation management process like blood vessel, it is necessary to adjust business process. There are many theories about business process adjustment. The theory of business process reengineering emphasizes the thoroughness and completeness of change, and the theory of business process optimization emphasizes the gradual nature of optimization. Based on this background, this paper combined with the actual situation of business process adjustment in China, business process optimization is more consistent with the reality of Chinese enterprises. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and summary of the theory of business process optimization, a three-step method of business process optimization design is proposed. First of all, to optimize the selection of business processes, then to optimize the design of business processes, and finally to optimize the process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to obtain the satisfaction of all parties to the optimization of business processes. And summarize the effect of the optimization process, and use the PDCA cycle, continue to optimize the re-design. Take the material company as a specific example, the three-step design of the business process is studied. Finally, it is concluded that the three-step method of business process optimization design is operable. The three-step method of business process optimization design is the inheritance and development of previous research methods of process optimization design, and it is in the same line with them. It provides a new method and train of thought for business process optimization design.
