【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái)，，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步舉世矚目，但也面臨著國(guó)內(nèi)收入分配差距擴(kuò)大等一系列問(wèn)題的困擾。如何縮小過(guò)大的居民收入差距是當(dāng)今中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的一大熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。社會(huì)上普遍認(rèn)為：通過(guò)加快中國(guó)農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程，應(yīng)是縮小居民收入差距的路徑之一。 論文基于當(dāng)前中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展事實(shí)，選取城鎮(zhèn)化率和城鄉(xiāng)間基尼系數(shù)指標(biāo)，通過(guò)建立數(shù)理模型給出了城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的作用機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果證明二者存在類似庫(kù)茨涅茨的倒U型曲線的變動(dòng)關(guān)系，即隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高，城鄉(xiāng)收入差距呈現(xiàn)先增大后縮小的趨勢(shì)。研究表明，我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)間基尼系數(shù)與城鎮(zhèn)化率之間并不是單純的線性相關(guān)關(guān)系，而是存在復(fù)雜的二次項(xiàng)的關(guān)系。倒U曲線拐點(diǎn)大體年份在2007年到2010年之間，目前我國(guó)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入倒U曲線的下降階段，隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高，城鄉(xiāng)間收入差距將逐漸的縮小。 滯后的城鎮(zhèn)化將會(huì)加劇城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的不合理性。相反，城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展則會(huì)縮小城鄉(xiāng)之間的收入差距，使基尼系數(shù)得到優(yōu)化。基于此結(jié)論，論文針對(duì)性的提出了加快我國(guó)提高城鎮(zhèn)化縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的對(duì)策。整個(gè)社會(huì)當(dāng)前的主要任務(wù)就是加快城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)水平，提高城鎮(zhèn)化率，以達(dá)到降低基尼系數(shù)、縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的目的。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development and social progress have attracted worldwide attention. However, it is also confronted with a series of problems, such as the widening of the income distribution gap in China. How to narrow the income gap of residents is a hot issue in the current economic research in China. By speeding up the process of urbanization in China's rural areas. Should be one of the ways to narrow the income gap. Based on the current income gap between urban and rural areas and the development of urbanization in China, the paper selects the urbanization rate and the Gini coefficient index between urban and rural areas. By establishing mathematical model, this paper gives the mechanism of urbanization on urban-rural income gap. The results show that there is a change relationship of inverted U-shaped curve similar to Kuznets', that is, with the increase of urbanization rate. The income gap between urban and rural areas increases first and then decreases. The research shows that the relationship between Gini coefficient and urbanization rate between urban and rural areas is not a simple linear correlation. The inflection point of inverted U curve is between 2007 and 2010. At present, China has entered the decline stage of inverted U curve, with the increase of urbanization rate. Income gap between urban and rural areas will gradually narrow. The lagging urbanization will aggravate the irrationality of the income gap between urban and rural residents. On the contrary, the development of urbanization will narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and optimize the Gini coefficient. The main task of the whole society is to speed up the construction of urbanization and increase the rate of urbanization in order to reduce the Gini coefficient. The purpose of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.
