【摘要】：建立在倉儲配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)之上的電力物資管理的管理可以減少大量的儲備費(fèi)用及流動資金占用,合理的倉儲配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化必將成為電力企業(yè)物資管理的有效手段。 本文首先從電力物資倉儲管理現(xiàn)狀入手,提出選題背景及意義。在研究冀北電力公司倉儲配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上分析了目前所存在的問題。從物資需求特點(diǎn)出發(fā)分析,從倉庫管理業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、出庫管理業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、物資轉(zhuǎn)儲業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、物資盤點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀等方面對電網(wǎng)倉儲配送管理的流程進(jìn)行了合理規(guī)劃。以南方電網(wǎng)公司為例做電力物資管理的典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹,就目前電網(wǎng)物資管理如何解決分析了倉儲配送管理工作的需求導(dǎo)向。并針對冀北電力公司進(jìn)行倉儲配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次規(guī)劃,介紹了倉儲配送管理現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而從物資特性分析方法、存儲策略的選擇、倉儲配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃、倉儲管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變等方面進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建倉儲功能定位規(guī)劃,建立中心庫、區(qū)域庫、周轉(zhuǎn)庫的三層庫存管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式,提出了物流倉儲配送方案設(shè)計(jì)總思路。對電網(wǎng)倉儲體系進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃,針對工程建設(shè)用物資配送、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行備件的配送、應(yīng)急調(diào)撥、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)和退貨工作的流程提出了規(guī)劃,構(gòu)建了配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次規(guī)劃的電力物資庫存管理優(yōu)化研究。本文的最后闡述規(guī)劃完成后的電網(wǎng)公司倉儲配送管理體系總體概況,整合優(yōu)化的倉儲網(wǎng)絡(luò)、規(guī)范的倉儲配送標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,并總結(jié)倉儲配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃在電力庫存管理及配送管理中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Based on the storage and distribution network planning, the management of power material management can reduce a large number of reserve costs and the occupation of mobile funds. Reasonable storage and distribution network optimization will become an effective means of material management in electric power enterprises.
This paper starts from the status quo of warehousing management power, put forward the background and significance. Based on the research status of northern Hebei electric power company warehouse distribution network management on the analysis of the existing problems. From the material demand characteristics of the analysis, from the current situation of warehouse management, warehouse management business status, current situation of material dump business, material inventory business status and other aspects of the rational planning of grid storage and distribution management process. The typical experience of power materials management introduced in South Power Grid Corp as an example, the current management of power supplies the solutions to the analysis of distribution management warehousing demand oriented. And warehousing and distribution network planning in northern Hebei electric power company, the warehouse the distribution and management of the status quo, analysis from the material properties, storage strategy, storage and distribution network planning, warehouse management system Change and other aspects of analysis, construction of storage function planning, the establishment of regional central library, library, library inventory management turnover three layer network model, put forward the logistics warehousing distribution overall design ideas. Rational planning of grid storage system, according to construction material distribution, production and operation of spare parts distribution, emergency allocation and transport return and work flow planning was put forward, the construction planning of the distribution network of power supplies inventory management optimization of General warehousing and distribution management system of Power Grid Corp to complete the final part of this paper is the planning, integration and optimization of the storage network, storage and distribution of standardized management practices, and summarizes the application of warehousing and distribution network planning in power inventory management and distribution management.
