【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),發(fā)展迅速,但粗放式的發(fā)展模式卻使環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重的破壞。經(jīng)濟(jì)總量、城鎮(zhèn)化迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量卻在進(jìn)一步惡化。那么,中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)區(qū)域環(huán)境污染究竟起到了怎樣的作用?東、中、西各區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化與環(huán)境污染關(guān)系之間的差異性有那些?本文將對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深度探討,以期望獲得到合理的解答。 本文以人口城鎮(zhèn)化率作為主要解釋變量,以各種污染物進(jìn)行熵值法處理后得到工業(yè)污染以及生活污染綜合指數(shù)作為被解釋變量,來(lái)研究城鎮(zhèn)化與環(huán)境污染關(guān)系的區(qū)域差異性。論文首先分析了中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)況,包括全國(guó)及東中西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的整體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及其區(qū)域差異性和空間相關(guān)性。再對(duì)環(huán)境污染各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行熵值法處理后進(jìn)行了空間相關(guān)性分析。然后從城鎮(zhèn)化與環(huán)境污染的理論基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),分析了城鎮(zhèn)化與環(huán)境污染的關(guān)系的各個(gè)階段的特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用我國(guó)29個(gè)省級(jí)單位1998-2011年的面板數(shù)據(jù),建立空間固定效應(yīng)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),并從區(qū)域?qū)用娣治鰱|、中、西部城鎮(zhèn)化與環(huán)境污染關(guān)系的差異性,得到的實(shí)證結(jié)論如下: 對(duì)于城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)污染,其關(guān)系為:東部和中部為倒U型,但西部呈現(xiàn)正U型。東部地區(qū)各省區(qū)之間的工業(yè)污染的空間相關(guān)性為正向,在東部地區(qū),相鄰地區(qū)對(duì)本地區(qū)的工業(yè)污染具有正向的影響;而在中、西部地區(qū),各省區(qū)之間的工業(yè)污染具有負(fù)向空間相關(guān)性,也就是說(shuō)相鄰地區(qū)對(duì)本地區(qū)的工業(yè)污染具有負(fù)向的影響。與東部地區(qū)相比,中西部地區(qū)的省級(jí)單位受到其相鄰省區(qū)工業(yè)污染的影響更大。 對(duì)于城鎮(zhèn)化與生活污染,東部地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化與生活污染的關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)倒U型;中部地區(qū)也呈現(xiàn)倒U型,但不顯著,西部地區(qū)卻呈現(xiàn)正U型。東、中、西各區(qū)域的生活污染的空間相關(guān)性不同。在東部地區(qū),相鄰地區(qū)對(duì)本地區(qū)的生活污染具有正向的影響;而在中、西部地區(qū),相鄰地區(qū)對(duì)本地區(qū)的生活污染具有負(fù)向的影響。與東部地區(qū)相比,,中、西部地區(qū)的省級(jí)單位受到其相鄰省區(qū)生活污染的影響更大?傮w來(lái)看,與生活污染的空間相關(guān)性相比,工業(yè)污染的空間相關(guān)性更強(qiáng)一些。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization has progressed steadily and developed rapidly, but the extensive development model has caused serious damage to the environment. However, the quality of ecological environment is deteriorating further. So, how does urbanization play a role in regional environmental pollution? What are the differences between urbanization and environmental pollution in the eastern, central and western regions? In this paper, these questions will be discussed in depth in order to obtain reasonable answers. In this paper, the population urbanization rate as the main explanatory variable, with various pollutants treated by entropy method to get industrial pollution and life pollution comprehensive index as the explanatory variables. To study the regional differences between urbanization and environmental pollution. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development of urbanization in China. Including the overall development of urbanization in the whole country and the eastern central and western regions as well as its regional differences and spatial correlation. Then the environmental pollution indicators were analyzed. Based on the theoretical basis of urbanization and environmental pollution, the characteristics of each stage of the relationship between urbanization and environmental pollution are analyzed. Using the panel data of 29 provincial units in China from 1998 to 2011, a spatial fixed effect model is established for empirical test, and analyzed from the regional level. The differences between urbanization and environmental pollution in western China are as follows: The relationship between urbanization and industrial pollution is as follows: the eastern and central regions are inverted U type, but the west is positive U type. The spatial correlation of industrial pollution between provinces and regions in the eastern region is positive, and in the eastern region. The adjacent areas have a positive effect on the industrial pollution in this area; In the middle and western regions, the industrial pollution between provinces and regions has a negative spatial correlation, that is, the adjacent areas have a negative impact on the industrial pollution in this region, compared with the eastern region. Provincial units in central and western regions are more affected by industrial pollution in neighbouring provinces. For the relationship between urbanization and life pollution, the relationship between urbanization and life pollution in the eastern region is inverted U-shaped. The central region also showed inverted U type, but not significant, but the western region showed positive U type. The spatial correlation of life pollution was different in the east, middle and west regions, and it was found in the eastern region. The adjacent areas have a positive effect on the living pollution in this area; But in the middle, west area, the adjacent area has the negative influence on the local living pollution. Compared with the eastern region, the middle area. The provincial units in the western region are more affected by the living pollution of their neighboring provinces. In general, the spatial correlation of industrial pollution is stronger than the spatial correlation of domestic pollution.
