【摘要】:我國區(qū)域物流樞紐發(fā)展實踐中,存在不少盲目建設、重復布局和無序競爭等問題,造成社會物流資源的較大浪費,導致區(qū)域物流網絡的運作效率低下。其主要原因是對區(qū)域物流網絡和樞紐的形成演進規(guī)律沒有深刻的認識,缺乏宏觀的區(qū)域物流樞紐規(guī)劃理論指導,導致我國區(qū)域物流樞紐規(guī)劃缺乏層次性和系統(tǒng)性。本論文在既有理論研究和實踐基礎上,對區(qū)域物流樞紐的演進機制和機理、演化模型、層次劃分評價體系及聚類分析,以及樞紐內部物流節(jié)點設施的動態(tài)布局進行系統(tǒng)的深化研究。論文主要研究工作包括:(1)對區(qū)域物流、區(qū)域物流網絡及區(qū)域物流樞紐、物流節(jié)點設施等概念及內涵進行辨析,系統(tǒng)討論區(qū)域物流的結構要素、節(jié)點設施的配置方式、結構特征及主要功能;深入探討區(qū)域物流樞紐內各層次節(jié)點劃分以及相互之間的關系。(2)從區(qū)域物流發(fā)展規(guī)律層面,對區(qū)域物流網絡結構的演化機理進行較詳細的研究:分析了影響區(qū)域物流網絡結構演化的外部影響因素;分析區(qū)域物流網絡結構演化的動力機制,分別就區(qū)域物流節(jié)點的空間相互作用機制、聚集與擴散作用、網絡規(guī)模經濟相應和節(jié)點競爭機制的作用進行深入分析;分析區(qū)域物流樞紐形成機理,就基于區(qū)域經濟演化的形成機理、基于城市范疇形成機理以及基于物流經濟要素的運動的形成機理三個方面展開深入研究;分析區(qū)域物流結構演化階段和途徑;分析區(qū)域物流樞紐的發(fā)展演變基礎;分析物流樞紐城市的發(fā)展模式。(3)在研究演進機制、機理和規(guī)律的基礎上,構建三個演化模型:區(qū)域物流網絡時間演化模型、以節(jié)點吸引為基礎的演化模型、基于各邊非均衡權值的網絡生長模型。分析結果表明,以物流節(jié)點成長為基礎的區(qū)域物流網絡演化,由于網絡節(jié)點在選擇與之連接的節(jié)點時,具有擇優(yōu)性、不同吸引力、非均衡性,促進區(qū)域物流網絡演進呈無標度網絡,也就是具有層次網絡結構。因而,通過三個演化模型進行了不同角度的分析和論證,為現(xiàn)實物流節(jié)點發(fā)展特點進行了理論探索和解釋,也在理論上驗證了前述章節(jié)對區(qū)域物流樞紐結構特征和演化機理的分析。(4)構建區(qū)域物流樞紐宏觀布局層次分類的評價指標體系,并在此基礎上進行聚類分析。針對樞紐層次劃分的影響因素分析,在對評價指標海選的基礎上,采用因子分析對初始指標進行篩選和優(yōu)化,構建區(qū)域物流樞紐層次分類的宏觀布局評價指標體系;根據所構建的指標體系對一個區(qū)域不同物流節(jié)點進行聚類分析,以期對我國區(qū)域物流樞紐的層次劃分和發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供理論基礎。(5)針對區(qū)域物流樞紐城市在區(qū)域物流網絡中的地位和功能,對其內部的各級物流節(jié)點進行有機的合理布局,以實現(xiàn)區(qū)域物流樞紐在物流網絡中的中樞和轉換的功能。由于物流網絡節(jié)點的選址決策屬于長期戰(zhàn)略決策,根據近期、中期、遠期需求變化構建物流園區(qū)和物流中心兩個層級的物流節(jié)點設施的動態(tài)選址模型,并進行了算例分析。
[Abstract]:Regional logistics hub of China's development practice, there are many blind construction, repeated layout and disorderly competition, resulting in great waste of social logistics resources, resulting in inefficient operation of regional logistics network. The main reason is the evolution of no deep understanding of the formation of regional logistics network and the hub, the lack of the theory of regional logistics hub planning the macroscopic guidance, resulting in China's regional logistics hub planning lacks systemic levels. In this paper, both theoretical research and Practice on the basis of the evolution mechanism of evolution model and mechanism of regional logistics hub, hierarchy evaluation and cluster analysis, dynamic layout and internal hub of logistics node facilities to deepen the research of the system. The main research work includes: (1) to the regional logistics, regional logistics network and regional logistics hub, the concept and connotation of logistics node facilities etc. Analyze the system structure, discuss the elements of regional logistics node facilities, configuration, structure characteristics and main function; to explore the relationship between regional logistics hub nodes into various levels and each other. (2) from the regional logistics development law, the evolution mechanism of regional logistics network structure is studied in detail. Analysis of the impact of external factors affecting the evolution of regional logistics network structure; analysis of dynamic evolution mechanism of regional logistics network structure, respectively, regional logistics node spatial interaction mechanism, agglomeration and diffusion effect, competition mechanism of network economy of scale and the corresponding node functions in-depth analysis; analysis of regional logistics hub formation mechanism, formation mechanism the evolution of regional economy based on the formation mechanism of city and the formation of category three aspects of mechanism of logistics economic factors based on the movement of the deep expansion based on In the analysis stage and way of research; the evolution of regional logistics structure; analysis of the development of regional logistics hub based evolution; analysis of the development mode of logistics hub city. (3) based on the mechanism of evolution, mechanism and rules on the construction of three evolution model of evolution of regional logistics network evolution model based on attraction each node, edge weights of the non balanced growth model based on network. The analysis results show that the regional logistics network based on the evolution of logistics nodes, because network nodes in the choice of connected nodes, with different optimality, attraction, non-equilibrium, promote the evolution of regional logistics network is a scale-free network, also is a hierarchical network structure. Thus, through three evolution model are analyzed and demonstrated from different angles, explores the theoretical and realistic explanation for the development characteristics of logistics nodes in Science The validation and analysis of regional logistics hub structure characteristics and evolution mechanism of the preceding chapters. (4) the construction of regional logistics hub layout macro level classification of evaluation index system, and on the basis of cluster analysis. Because the location decision of logistics network nodes is a long-term strategic decision.
