【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟空間分異的研究一直是眾多學者討論的熱點話題,而流域作為一種特殊的區(qū)域,對其經(jīng)濟的空間分異研究更具有特殊的重要意義。本文以淮河流域為研究對象,以縣域為研究單元,從淮河流域經(jīng)濟格局時間演變、空間演變和分異機制三個方面出發(fā),選取1990年到2010年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用多種方法對淮河流域經(jīng)濟空間分異進行分析。 首先采用標準差、空間基尼系數(shù)、空間分異指數(shù)、泰爾指數(shù),對淮河流域經(jīng)濟格局的時間演變進行分析,得出其1990-2010年間經(jīng)濟空間分異的總體趨勢,并對流域內(nèi)部四個省份的泰爾指數(shù)進行分解,結(jié)果表明淮河流域從1990年以來縣域經(jīng)濟差異呈波動擴大趨勢,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的發(fā)散程度不斷加大。 其次通過全局空間自相關(guān)指數(shù)、局域空間自相關(guān)指數(shù)、Getis-Ord Gi*、相對發(fā)展率(NICH指數(shù))、趨勢面分析等相關(guān)度量指標和方法的運用,將淮河流域分為高位集聚區(qū)、低位集聚區(qū)、低位擴散區(qū)和高位擴散區(qū)四種類型區(qū)域。發(fā)現(xiàn)淮河流域經(jīng)濟空間全局分布呈現(xiàn)出集聚的趨勢,且集聚態(tài)勢逐漸顯著；同時經(jīng)濟空間格局呈現(xiàn)出相對穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢,逐漸形成以西北部和東南部為主要極化區(qū)的空間格局態(tài)勢；近年來淮河流域經(jīng)濟重心一直分布于流域西北部與東南部,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平較低的區(qū)域一直位于流域中部。 最后選取勞動力、資本、工業(yè)化、財政支出、人口密度、城鎮(zhèn)化率、交通通達度因子和區(qū)域政策優(yōu)先度是影響因子,利用擬合度較好的空間誤差模型(SEM)和地理加權(quán)回歸模型(GWR)對淮河流域經(jīng)濟空間分異的機制進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同因子的貢獻率不同、同一因子的不同地區(qū)影響程度不同、不同時期影響因子的空間分布不同等相關(guān)結(jié)論,研究結(jié)果將為淮河流域各級政府制定政策提供相應(yīng)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Research on regional economic spatial differentiation has been a hot topic discussed by many scholars, and the river basin as a special region, the economic spatial differentiation of it has a special significance. This paper takes Huaihe basin as the research object, takes the county as the research unit, from the time evolution of economic structure of Huaihe Basin, spatial evolution and the differentiation mechanism of the three aspects, from 1990 to 2010 data, using a variety of methods of economic spatial differentiation in Huaihe basin were analyzed.
First, using standard deviation and spatial Gini coefficient, spatial difference index, Theil index, on the economic situation of Huaihe basin evolution analysis, the overall trend of the economic spatial difference between 1990-2010, and the four provinces in the Theil index, the results show that the Huaihe basin since 1990 the county economy difference is the fluctuation trend of expansion, the level of divergence of regional economic development is increasing.
Secondly, through the global spatial autocorrelation index, local spatial autocorrelation index, Getis-Ord Gi*, relative development rate (NICH index), trend analysis and other related measures and methods, Huaihe river basin can be divided into high concentration area, low concentration area, low diffusion zone and high diffusion region four types found in Huaihe area. In the economic space of global distribution shows a gathering trend, and the trend of convergence and gradually significant; the economic spatial pattern showing a relatively stable trend, gradually formed the spatial pattern of situation to the northwest and southeast as the main polarization region; in recent years, the economic center of Huaihe basin has been distributed in the Northwest and southeast of the basin, the level of economic development the lower region has been located in the middle part of the basin.
The final selection of labor, capital, industrialization, fiscal expenditure, population density, urbanization rate, traffic accessibility factor and regional policy priority is the impact factor, using the fitting degree of spatial error model (SEM) and geographically weighted regression (GWR) analysis on the mechanism of the economic spatial dissimilarity in Huaihe Valley, found that different the contribution rate of different factors, different regions with different factors, different factors affecting the spatial distribution of different periods and other relevant conclusions, the research results will provide for the Huaihe basin at all levels of government policy should be based on phase.
