【摘要】：扎蘭屯是內(nèi)蒙古呼倫貝爾的窗口城市,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,扎蘭屯社會(huì)由以農(nóng)業(yè)為經(jīng)濟(jì)主體的城鎮(zhèn)向工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、旅游業(yè)綜合型經(jīng)濟(jì)主體的城市轉(zhuǎn)變,土地利用情況發(fā)生了明顯變化。扎蘭屯市的土地利用集中體現(xiàn)出呼倫貝爾市的城市發(fā)展特點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城市轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)土地影響的典型案例,那么扎蘭屯市土地利用現(xiàn)狀的研究成果的應(yīng)用也將更具普遍性。研究扎蘭屯市土地利用現(xiàn)狀,分析動(dòng)態(tài)變化情況,總結(jié)土地利用變化規(guī)律,對(duì)未來(lái)扎蘭屯市土地利用情況進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),可為扎蘭屯市土地的科學(xué)管理、高效利用、環(huán)保功能和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。 本文對(duì)扎蘭屯市2013年土地利用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,建立圖表和土地利用現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)體系,反映扎蘭屯市土地利用現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)ArcGIS軟件進(jìn)行運(yùn)算,對(duì)扎蘭屯市1997～2012年土地利用情況進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)分析,找出變化規(guī)律,建立土地利用類(lèi)型矩陣和土地利用類(lèi)型變化轉(zhuǎn)移矩陣,運(yùn)用馬爾科夫鏈對(duì)扎蘭屯市2022年土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并與現(xiàn)階段土地利用情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析未來(lái)扎蘭屯市土地利用狀況。并結(jié)合扎蘭屯市土地利用現(xiàn)狀和預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,針對(duì)扎蘭屯市的城市特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展模式就土地利用、城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。主要研究結(jié)論如下： (1)扎蘭屯市現(xiàn)階段的土地綜合利用水平不足0.55,土地開(kāi)發(fā)利用程度0.46、土地集約經(jīng)營(yíng)程度0.55、土地利用綜合效益0.53。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果很低,城市用地結(jié)構(gòu)需要合理規(guī)劃,提高土地利用效率； (2)扎蘭屯市土地利用年均變化率僅為0.02%,說(shuō)明土地利用變化過(guò)程受人為影響較小,說(shuō)明發(fā)展進(jìn)度較慢,人們應(yīng)加土地利用規(guī)劃實(shí)行力度,使得扎蘭屯市土地利用向理想的方向發(fā)展； (3)扎蘭屯市1997年到2012年土地利用變化速度為0.28%,土地利用程度變化為0.0082,反應(yīng)出扎蘭屯市土地利用一直呈發(fā)展趨勢(shì),但是受人為影響較小,應(yīng)加大開(kāi)發(fā)利用程度； (4)預(yù)測(cè)顯示扎蘭屯2022年土地各類(lèi)利用結(jié)構(gòu)比例,園地、建設(shè)用地有較大增長(zhǎng)外,其它用地類(lèi)型所占比例與當(dāng)前格局基本相似,發(fā)展較為穩(wěn)定,并且符合整個(gè)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)土地利用總體規(guī)劃。 針對(duì)扎蘭屯市的土地利用效率低,土地利用變化速度慢這些現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)當(dāng)提高扎蘭屯市用地質(zhì)量,提高土地利用效率,加快改進(jìn)土地利用的步伐,打造內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)用地典范城市。
[Abstract]:Zarantun is the window city of Hulun Bell in Inner Mongolia . With the development of economy and society , the land use situation in Zhulun city has changed obviously . The land use in Zarantun city reflects the characteristics of urban development in Hulunbuir city , and it is also the typical case of urban transformation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region . Based on the statistical analysis of land use data in Lantun City in 2013 , the paper establishes a chart and the land use status evaluation system , which reflects the status of land use in the city . By using the ArcGIS software , this paper forecasts the land use situation in the city from 1997 to 2012 , and makes a comparison between the land use situation and the land use situation at the present stage , and puts forward some suggestions on the land use , urban construction and economic development in the city of zangtunas . The main conclusions are as follows : ( 1 ) The comprehensive utilization level of land at the present stage is less than 0.55 , the land utilization degree is 0.46 , the land intensive operation degree is 0.55 , the comprehensive benefit of land use is 0.53 . The evaluation result is very low , the urban land structure needs to be reasonably planned , and the land use efficiency is improved ; ( 2 ) The annual rate of land use change is only 0.02 % , which indicates that the process of land use change is less influenced by man and indicates that the progress of land use is slow . ( 3 ) The land use change speed of the city from 1997 to 2012 is 0.28 % , and the land use degree is 0.0082 , which reflects the development trend of the land use in the city of Zaire , but it is less affected by man - made , so that the utilization degree should be increased ; ( 4 ) The forecast shows that the proportion of land use structure in Lantun 2022 is relatively large , and the proportion of other land types is basically similar to the current pattern , and the development is more stable and conforms to the overall land use planning of the whole Inner Mongolia . In view of the low utilization efficiency of land use and the slow speed of land use change , the land use efficiency should be improved , the use efficiency of land will be improved , the pace of land use improvement will be improved , and a model city for land use in Inner Mongolia should be built .
