【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷深入，企業(yè)之間的競爭越來越激烈，，煙草企業(yè)受物流成本的影響越來越大，如何降低煙草企業(yè)的物流成本，已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)增效的重要命題。 本文首先對物流和物流管理概念進(jìn)行界定,在調(diào)查煙草行業(yè)現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上,以煙草物流管理為核心主題,深入分析、歸納、提煉SDZY工業(yè)公司現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的主要影響因素，基于此，將案例分析法與定量分析法相結(jié)合，對SDZY工業(yè)公司現(xiàn)代物流管理進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，最終總結(jié)出SDZY工業(yè)公司現(xiàn)代物流管理最優(yōu)化的途徑。本文借助于相關(guān)的理論，分析國內(nèi)外煙草行業(yè)現(xiàn)代物流方案設(shè)計，提出構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代物流管理方案的必要性，并設(shè)計構(gòu)建新的現(xiàn)代物流管理方案。 分析表明，SDZY工業(yè)公司現(xiàn)代物流管理與國外先進(jìn)管理方式相比仍然有較大差距，還存在物流效率低、物流設(shè)備陳舊、物流信息化程度低、物流專業(yè)人才缺乏、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作不到位等問題。因此，必須從搭建SDZY工業(yè)公司現(xiàn)代物流管理方案的總體架構(gòu)、完善配送業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計、構(gòu)建卷煙配送體系信息系統(tǒng)、調(diào)整重組組織機(jī)構(gòu)方面著手改進(jìn)SDZY工業(yè)公司現(xiàn)代物流管理方案；通過健全物流管理體制、提高物流服務(wù)水平、加強(qiáng)物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)物流和配送隊伍建設(shè)以構(gòu)建SDZY工業(yè)公司現(xiàn)代物流管理方案實(shí)施的保障體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, tobacco enterprises are increasingly affected by logistics costs, how to reduce the logistics costs of tobacco enterprises. Has become an important proposition of enterprise efficiency. This paper first defines the concept of logistics and logistics management, on the basis of investigating the actual situation of modern logistics development in tobacco industry, taking tobacco logistics management as the core theme, in-depth analysis and induction. Abstract the main influencing factors of modern logistics development of SDZY industrial company, based on this, the case analysis method and quantitative analysis method are combined to carry on the empirical research to the modern logistics management of the SDZY industrial company. Finally summarizes the SDZY industrial company modern logistics management optimization approach. This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign tobacco industry modern logistics scheme design with the help of relevant theories. The necessity of constructing modern logistics management scheme is put forward, and a new modern logistics management scheme is designed. The analysis shows that the modern logistics management of SDZY Industrial Company still has a big gap compared with the foreign advanced management mode, there are also low logistics efficiency, outdated logistics equipment and low level of logistics information. Logistics professionals lack, standardization work is not in place and so on. Therefore, we must build the overall framework of modern logistics management scheme of SDZY Industrial Company, improve the distribution business process design. To construct the information system of cigarette distribution system, to adjust and reorganize the organization and to improve the modern logistics management scheme of SDZY Industrial Company; By perfecting the logistics management system, improving the logistics service level, strengthening the construction of logistics standardization, and strengthening the construction of logistics and distribution team, the guarantee system for the implementation of modern logistics management scheme of SDZY industrial company is constructed.
