【摘要】：前世界銀行首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、諾貝爾經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)獎獲得者斯蒂格利茨認(rèn)為：“21世紀(jì)影響世界進(jìn)程和改善世界面貌的有兩件事：一是美國高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,二是中國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程�！背擎�(zhèn)化是中國經(jīng)歷的全面變革,涉及所有人的利益,是人民共享改革和發(fā)展成果的過程,推動了中國現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程,有利于提升經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和促進(jìn)社會公正。城鎮(zhèn)化從根本上說是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的必然結(jié)果,同時(shí),城鎮(zhèn)化也將成為拉動我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎。城鎮(zhèn)化是多方利益的匯合點(diǎn),因此,城鎮(zhèn)化與中國夢是一致的,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的重要基礎(chǔ)。城鎮(zhèn)化有望成為引領(lǐng)未來數(shù)年中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的新引擎,也是牽動遼寧經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的重要引擎。遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)事關(guān)老工業(yè)基地的全面振興,事關(guān)沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè),事關(guān)全面建成小康社會,實(shí)現(xiàn)富庶、文明、幸福新遼寧。因而,在理論上探討城鎮(zhèn)化對遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。本文在總結(jié)馬克思恩格斯、東西方學(xué)者城鎮(zhèn)化理論的基礎(chǔ)上,概括分析了遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展存在的問題,并借鑒了國外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的總體思路與對策。 本文共分為五部分。第一章介紹了選題背景,以當(dāng)今中國和遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)發(fā)展的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)背景為著眼點(diǎn)進(jìn)行論述,分析了選題的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義；對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,并對研究內(nèi)容和方法進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。第二章對城鎮(zhèn)化相關(guān)概念及適合遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)歸納,為日后遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)價(jià)值判斷和理論指導(dǎo)。第三章內(nèi)容主要對遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化歷史沿革和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了疏理和分析,從歷史、成效、問題、原因四個方面進(jìn)行。第四章對國外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了分析,并總結(jié)了啟示。第五章提出了遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)發(fā)展的總體思路、發(fā)展理念、目標(biāo)與對策。
[Abstract]:Stiglitz, the former world bank chief economist and Nobel Laureate in economics, said: "in twenty-first Century, there are two things that affect the progress of the world and the improvement of the world's appearance: one is the development of the high-tech industry in the United States, and the two is the urbanization process in China." Urbanization is a comprehensive transformation that China has experienced. It involves all people's interests. It is a process of people sharing the fruits of reform and development, promoting the modernization process of China, promoting economic development and promoting social justice. Urbanization is the inevitable result of economic growth. At the same time, urbanization will also become an important engine to stimulate the development of our country's economy. Urbanization is the confluence point of multi interests. Therefore, urbanization is consistent with the Chinese dream, and it is an important basis for the realization of the Chinese dream. Urbanization is expected to become a new engine leading to the growth of China's economy in the next few years, and is also an important engine for the development of Liaoning's economic and social development. The construction of Liaoning's urbanization is related to the revitalization of the old industrial base. It is related to the construction of the coastal economic belt. It is related to building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving prosperity, civilization and happiness in the new Liaoning. Therefore, it is of great guiding significance to discuss urbanization in the urbanization of Liaoning Province in theory. On the basis of summarizing the theories of urbanization of Marx and Engels and the East and west scholars, this paper summarizes the existing problems of urbanization in Liaoning Province, and draws lessons from the experience of foreign urbanization development, and puts forward the general train of thought and Countermeasures for the development of Liaoning's urbanization.
