【摘要】：隨著京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,京津冀區(qū)域的發(fā)展受到越來越多的關注。旅游業(yè)作為一項綜合性產(chǎn)業(yè),已成為京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的新引擎。雖然現(xiàn)階段京津冀旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展的步伐加快,但與“長三角”“珠三角”“江浙滬”等區(qū)域存在較大的差距,京津冀區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展仍任重道遠。因此,為了能夠更好地推動京津冀區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展,本文采用定性和定量相結(jié)合的研究方法,從時間和空間的角度對京津冀區(qū)域旅游經(jīng)濟差異進行研究,并對造成差異的影響因素進行定量分析,最后根據(jù)存在的問題提出京津冀旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展對策。首先,本文從時間和空間兩個維度進行研究。一方面,通過計算極差、標準差、極值比率、變異系數(shù)、基尼系數(shù)和赫芬達爾指數(shù)從時間維度分析2004-2014年京津冀各地區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟差異變化情況;另一方面,采用ESDA探索性空間數(shù)據(jù)分析方法從空間角度對京津冀各地區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟差異進行分析。其次,本文通過構(gòu)建京津冀區(qū)域旅游經(jīng)濟綜合評價指標體系對現(xiàn)階段各地區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展情況進行綜合評價,運用主成分分析方法得出各地區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的綜合排名;然后,采用聚類分析的方法進行分類,分析各地區(qū)現(xiàn)階段所處的發(fā)展層次。再次,從旅游資源稟賦、區(qū)位交通條件、旅游接待水平、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策環(huán)境五個方面對京津冀各地區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟差異的影響因素進行分析,通過構(gòu)建空間計量經(jīng)濟模型進一步分析各影響因素的重要程度。最后,根據(jù)京津冀各地區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展存在的差異及問題提出京津冀未來協(xié)同發(fā)展對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as a national strategy, more and more attention has been paid to the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. As a comprehensive industry, tourism has become a new engine of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development. Although the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourism is speeding up at present, there is a big gap with the "Yangtze River Delta" and "Pearl River Delta", "Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai" and so on, and the coordinated development of tourism in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region still has a long way to go. Therefore, in order to promote the coordinated development of tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper studies the economic difference of tourism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the angle of time and space by using qualitative and quantitative research methods. At last, according to the existing problems, the countermeasures of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei tourism coordinated development are put forward. First of all, this paper studies from two dimensions of time and space. On the one hand, by calculating the extreme deviation, standard deviation, extreme value ratio, coefficient of variation, Gini coefficient and Hefendal index, the paper analyzes the change of tourism economic difference between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions from 2004 to 2014 from time dimension. On the other hand, using the ESDA exploratory spatial data analysis method, this paper analyzes the tourism economic differences between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from a spatial point of view. Secondly, by constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system of tourism economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper evaluates the development of tourism economy in each region at this stage, and obtains the comprehensive rank of tourism economic development level of each region by principal component analysis method. Then, the cluster analysis method is used to classify and analyze the development level of each region at the present stage. Thirdly, from five aspects of tourism resource endowment, regional traffic conditions, tourism reception level, economic development level, industrial policy environment, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the tourism economic differences in various regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Through the construction of spatial econometric model, the importance of the factors is further analyzed. Finally, according to the differences and problems of tourism economic development in various regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the future coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
