佛山西站樞紐新城配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:作為珠江口西岸乃至全廣東省經(jīng)濟(jì)最發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū),佛山市南海區(qū)用電負(fù)荷需求飛速增長(zhǎng)。而近年來(lái),電網(wǎng)的投資規(guī)模始終滯后于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,造成了南海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的瓶頸。而作為聯(lián)系著用戶(hù)的電網(wǎng)終端,10kV配電網(wǎng)又是整個(gè)電網(wǎng)的最重要環(huán)節(jié)。因此,通過(guò)對(duì)配網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、布點(diǎn)進(jìn)行不斷優(yōu)化,以最大程度滿(mǎn)足新增負(fù)荷的需要,成為近段時(shí)間來(lái)電力技術(shù)研究的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)佛山西站樞紐地區(qū)現(xiàn)有變電站、電網(wǎng)的分析,結(jié)合佛山西站等所有大型用戶(hù)的報(bào)裝情況、政府對(duì)該地區(qū)的詳細(xì)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè),從而確定佛山西站樞紐新城中低壓配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)計(jì)方案,形成新建、改造工程綜合項(xiàng)目庫(kù),并以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了投資估算、經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較,據(jù)此確定最終方案,以解決目前佛山西站地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行中存在的問(wèn)題,并滿(mǎn)足新增用戶(hù)的負(fù)荷需求。本規(guī)劃內(nèi)容包括:對(duì)佛山西站地區(qū)10kV配電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析、對(duì)2020年之前的電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)、確定規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)的技術(shù)導(dǎo)則、完成新建、改造方案等幾個(gè)方面。首先,對(duì)佛山西站地區(qū)10kV配電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,包括對(duì)10kV配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)維情況及設(shè)備關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析、對(duì)各種設(shè)備的使用時(shí)間的統(tǒng)計(jì)、上級(jí)電源的負(fù)載率情況、上級(jí)電源10kV出線(xiàn)柜的使用情況分析等內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)以上指標(biāo)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,可以得出網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理、各種設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況是否良好、電源點(diǎn)的布局與供電半徑是否滿(mǎn)足要求、上級(jí)變電站所承擔(dān)的負(fù)荷是否合理等結(jié)論,從而確定佛山西站地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的方向與思路。其次,結(jié)合佛山西站等所有大型用戶(hù)的報(bào)裝情況、政府對(duì)該地區(qū)的詳細(xì)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè),包括對(duì)10kV配電網(wǎng)及上級(jí)電源的最高負(fù)荷需求、實(shí)際負(fù)荷使用率的預(yù)測(cè)等。通過(guò)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果確定上級(jí)電源總量、電源點(diǎn)位置、電源間拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)等內(nèi)容。最后,確定詳細(xì)的新建、改造方案。具體內(nèi)容為上級(jí)電源容量、位置與建設(shè)時(shí)間、10kV線(xiàn)路的線(xiàn)行走向及變壓器容量、配電房、開(kāi)關(guān)房等設(shè)備的布點(diǎn)位置,最終形成完整的新建、改造方案,并完成相應(yīng)的工程項(xiàng)目庫(kù)。
[Abstract]:As the most developed area in the west coast of Pearl River Estuary and Guangdong Province, the demand for electricity load in Nanhai District of Foshan City is increasing rapidly. In recent years, the scale of grid investment has lagged behind the economic development, resulting in the bottleneck of economic growth in the South China Sea. As a terminal connected with users, 10kV distribution network is the most important part of the whole grid. Therefore, through the structure of the distribution network, the distribution points are continuously optimized to meet the needs of the new load to the greatest extent, which has become a key issue in the research of power technology in recent years. Based on the analysis of the existing substation and power grid in Foshan West Railway Station, combined with the report and installation of all the large users, the government carried out the load forecasting for the detailed planning of the area. In order to determine the planning and design plan of the medium and low voltage distribution network of Foshan West Railway Station hub, form the comprehensive project database of the new construction and transformation project, and on the basis of this, the investment estimation and economic comparison are carried out, and the final scheme is determined according to this. In order to solve the problems existing in the distribution network operation of Foshan West Railway Station, and meet the load demand of the new users. The contents of this plan include: analyzing the operation status of 10kV distribution network in Foshan West Railway Station, forecasting the power network load before 2020, determining the technical guidelines of planning and design basis, completing the new construction and rebuilding scheme, and so on. First of all, the operation status of 10kV distribution network in Foshan West Railway Station is analyzed, including the operation and maintenance of 10kV distribution network and key equipment indicators, the statistics of service time of various equipment, the load rate of higher power supply. Superior power supply 10kV cabinets use analysis and other content. Through the statistical analysis of the above indexes, it can be concluded that the grid structure is reasonable, the operation condition of various equipments is good, whether the distribution of power points and the power supply radius meet the requirements, whether the load borne by higher substations is reasonable or not, and so on. In order to determine the direction and thinking of the distribution network planning plan of Foshan West Railway Station. Secondly, according to the loading situation of all the large users such as Foshan West Railway Station, the government forecasts the detailed planning of the area, including the maximum load demand of the 10kV distribution network and its superior power supply, and the forecast of the actual load utilization rate and so on. The total power supply, the position of the power point and the topology of the power supply are determined by the prediction results. Finally, determine the detailed new, reconstruction program. The specific contents include power supply capacity, position and construction time, line direction of 10kV line and transformer capacity, distribution room, switch room and other equipment distribution points, and finally form a complete new construction, transformation scheme, etc. And complete the corresponding project library.
